    Dixie Highway…read more Rental Beware - Extremely Disappointed with Enterprise I've had multiple rentals with Enterprise recently, and on consecutive rentals there have been issues with the vehicles . This isn't a one‑off problem; it's a pattern that shows a serious lack of upkeep and attention to maintenance. On my most recent rental, the car displayed a "service due now" warning. When I tried to get another vehicle, instead of actually addressing the problem, the staff went out to the car and simply reset the service light . That is not a solution, and it certainly doesn't inspire confidence in the safety or reliability of their vehicles. This is not the first time I've had a major issue with Enterprise. Back in December , a problem with one of their vehicles was so bad that Enterprise had to transport me 100 miles just to get another car . That experience alone should have been a red flag, but I gave them another chance and regret it. At this point, my trust in Enterprise's ability to properly maintain their vehicles is non-existent . On top of that, their handling of these situations has shown a clear lack of customer care and respect . I didn't feel listened to, and I certainly didn't feel that my safety or time were a priority. Rental beware. I will be thinking twice before ever renting from Enterprise again, and I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options before choosing this company.

They waited till we got there and made sure we were able to drive away in our rental. Thank you so much!!!! Ohh and our car was very clean, everything was working and overall just a good experience.

    Prior to showing up in Louisville I had did the check in and what not to make things a bit more…read moreseamless for me. Then I showed up and followed the directions in the email saying to bypass the counter and head out to the Enterprise kiosk to hop in the vehicle and go. However, that did not go as planned. Myself, and several other customers all showed up to the kiosk in the garage and found it dark with no employees in it. Yes, it was early in the day, but other rental companies were lit up and buzzing with employees. We all stood there for about 5-10 minutes before one of the gentlemen in front of me went over to a competitors kiosk and found out we all needed to go over there to be processed out of the garage. See, there is a sign, not that big of a sign that points Enterprise customers here. But, if you bypass the counter inside the terminal and take the exit that lead right to the garage area for rentals, you come out at the Enterprise kiosk. Where was the sign posted, at the competitors kiosk, at another entrance to the area in the garage. Once we all migrated to the opened kiosk we were all led to vehicles to choose from. I hopped in the one I chose, made my way to the gate to be processed out. Rode around Louisville for the better part of a week and came back to return the vehicle. Brining the vehicle back was just as big a mess when leaving with it upon arrival. Pulling in to the return area almost instantly turns into a traffic jam. Vehicles pulling out are mixing with the vehicles coming in. I think they could redesign this area to make the traffic flow a bit better. People honking at you to move when you have nowhere to move yourself until the traffic moves ahead of you. Finally through the mess of traffic because no one knows what they are doing, I go down the return lane. Dropping the vehicle back off was much easier than taking the vehicle out. The staff are pretty amazing here. They go with the flow and make sure that you have everything you need. Upon arrival back to drop off the vehicle they make it as quick and painless as possible.

    I had a special graduation where I took my custom graduation cap & diploma cover and unfortunately…read moreforgot it in our rental car. I have quite literally filed a lost claim, called customer service who said they forwarded the claim and situation to the branch manager, called this location, as well as two surrounding locations to get the branch managers email after they said there is no stagnant employees here and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. I emailed the branch manager, filed the claim with all of my info, and have went to enterprise/help with said info. I have heard nothing. It has been almost two weeks. I am so disheartened and frustrated. If you have something you love and leave it behind here, do NOT expect to get it back. Edit to add: I have ALREADY filled out the enterprise help and called customer service directly. Check your lost and found claims!!!

    Great rental experience with national. They were quick to serve me at the counter. When I went to…read morethe garage, it was just a short line to be presented with the option of luxury rental cars. They had an Audi A4, an Audi A5, an Audi A6 and a convertible for extra charge. I went with the A5 because it was a white car and the others were black. The car had been washed, but there was some bird poop on the back window and a lot of water stains on the windows and the mirrors. Inside, black leather, and carpet was clean. I did find someone's hotel membership card but otherwise no trash. The car itself is OK. I did not like the shiny parts of the gear shifter, as the sun was reflecting off of that into my face. The car had a lot of seat controls and personalization, so I can see why people like this car. They did not buy the navigation package, so I only used the fancy screen for the radio. I did appreciate the moonroof And the lane assistance. I would not recommend driving this car in D mode but rather S mode which is sport mode. D Mode is boring and slow. The car takes premium gas, which is kind of pricey these days. I didn't realize the gas tank was not full until I had arrived at my destination. Luckily, national had reached out to me by text message just to confirm that my rental was going smoothly. I responded about the gas situation and they Gave me a $15 credit on my rental! I did not expect that at all. I was impressed by their customer service. I would rent with national again. When I turned the car in, I received an email confirmation which reflected the credit and the price was correct. Pretty seamless rental. Thank you national!

    Booked a car online thru one of the well-known travel website at one of Enterprises competitors and…read morewhen I got to the location, the staff told me that they had no cars to offer and I shouldn't have been able to rent one anyway. Not helpful at all - enter Enterprise when I called the Westport Road location and Jasper answered. He immediately made my issue his own and while his inventory was down, he turned the entire ordeal into a great experience.
