All I need from hertz is a letter stating that my car was returned with no issue. They also won't do that! I was told it is impossible to get that letter written. I have begged and pleaded with them in person 4 times , over the phone almost everyday and called there customer service where I was pretty much told to get fucked. So now I have numerous over draft fees and I can't put any money in my account to pay my bills ... @Hertz #ihateyou

I opted for the Trax. I was told it was being prepped, the wait would be a 1/2 hour. At thirty five minutes into the wait, I inquired about the car. I was told the oil was being changed, and the tires were being rotated. Wait, what?! That's not prepping, that is scheduled maintenance being performed off site that could take hours. After an hour, the manager disappeared into the back. I finally tracked down a car salesman who told me the car is at an offsite service center and someone went to get it. We are still waiting as I write this. What a crazy way to run a business. UPDATE: Bobby, the manager at this location figured it out. He found us another car, genuinely apologized, several times, and got us on the road. Nicely done, Bobby, nicely done.

Terrible Customer service…read more As a military member traveling for the holidays I was not accommodated properly. Received a call the day prior to my vehicle pick up date, informing me I couldn't have the size vehicle I need. This was a problem due to how much baggage my family and I had. My License was also denied even though through PENDOT it does not expire due to active military status. The process was extremely stressful due to last minute changes that were completely unexpected. Not worth the trouble I recommend using a different rental company.
