Several months back I hit a deer on Ferry Road. It did tremendous damage to the driver side front of my vehicle. I took it in to Faulkner Collision in Doylestown. They did a fantastic job repairing the damage. Benjamin helped me throughout the process. He carefully explained the situation, arranged for a rental car, kept me updated as the work progressed and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. The place is a scam shop. They held my car in there for two weeks and nothing was done. The 2 stooges Ron, the auto advisor and Ryan who runs the place, both gave me the run around and said that they would work on it, each and every day nothing was done and at the end of it all when I kept pressing for something to be worked on they finally did it and then they couldn't get the parts in fast enough and so I had to pay for labor while waiting for the parts and not having anything done. The labor cost me $400 over a span of two weeks of zero progress on my car.. don't go there! The people who worked there are incompetent and lazy. Ever since Faulkner took over Keenan Mercedes. it's been nothing but a shit show. read more

These guys did amazing work on my Mercedes GLK 350 after a large deer hit me and did significant damage. They made the drop off and pick-up process seamless, and the car looks amazing. Sadly, I was hit by another deer just 6 days after picking up my car, so I'll be back. One suggestion though - managers should not correct the receptionist and make clear they are annoyed when a customer is in the shop. It's just poor form. read more

Brought my car in for a simple front bumper refinish on a 2019 BMW. Took them one week to handle. When picking up car today it now has a Check Engine Light and a Drivetrain Malfunction. Upon further inspection they damaged my grill, they got paint over my front reflectors and scuffed the plastic bumper inserts. To top it off, one of the parking sensors wasn't put in correctly! This type of work is pathetic! I brought the car in to them with no issues and they returned it worse than it was. Update: After leaving the car at the dealership for a day they discovered several cables were not plugged in! Had to pay for labor to have them fix the issue. The fact that the representative at the collision center told me they're wasn't issue when they finished the work was a blatant lie. The dealership advised me that as soon as you turn on the car the lights would have Check Engine Light and Drivetrain Malfunction light would have turned on. Still have to get the parking sensor issues sorted out... Manager (Brian Mood) is aggressive and rude! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND read more

We had one of our cars towed here after an accident. The staff was terrific. They contacted the insurance company directly and communicated very well. The car was returned in very good condition. I could not be more pleased with my last two experiences with repairs made by this group of professionals. After my accident with significant damage to the front end of my vehicle and a delay in an adjuster going out to inspect my car, Brian contacted me to let me know it was sitting. Once he helped me overcome that issue and my insurance company would only authorize after market and used parts for my 2015 Civic, he negotiated as best as he could on my behalf and went to Honda to price match all of the required parts. After I had agreed to pay the difference to get factory parts, he ultimately took care of that as well. Not two weeks after getting my car back looking like new I brought it back to repair a large fresh scratch on my door and rear panel. Once again, I thought the estimate was fair and after a miscommunication with another insurance carrier his staff helped push things along delivering my car quickly in spite of the delays in approvals. In both cases my car was detailed on the interior to match its beautiful exterior. Brian offered me ways to save money on scratch repairs in the last as well. I would highly recommend Brian and his crew to anyone in need of professional looking repairs and a trustworthy company. read more
