Something flew out of the bed of a truck in front of us on I-70 and hit our radiator, ac condenser, and transmission cooler. We had two kids on the side of the road on I-70. The cab company arrived promptly and showed compassion and concern for our situation. We got where we needed to be for fairly reasonable price. My only critique would be better maintenance on the the cab vehicles. I do think it has several mechanical issues and it was not super clean. But... I was grateful for the service and the kindness, especially since we were 12 hours from home.

I landed on the runway for my first ever visit to this airport even though I lived in the area most of my childhood. I park on the ramp, tie my plane down then go into the FBO. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful. He provided me with my requested info and I then signed out the courtesy car (a Pontiac Vibe). The car was very clean and ran very well. I drove home visit my dad for a couple hours then back to the airport. I did stop and fill the car with gas. Returned the car and used the restroom before leaving. The restroom was very clean, one of the cleanest I have been in. I then pulled my plane around to the pump (which I was offered assistance, but I declined). Filled my plane and preflighted to head back to HAO. This airport isn't the largest as you do have to back taxi, but it was very clean and 24 hour 100LL. I highly recommend it and I will be back.

It's a pet-friendly hotel so the room probably had animals staying there and it wasn't cleaned. The bed was sloppily made. We asked for a different room. They claimed not to have any. The front desk clerk was very friendly and there were Otis Spunkmeyer cookies available. Our room was on the 2nd floor. The hotel seemed a little old, but it was clean and functional. After dinner at the Cracker Barrel next door, we went down to the pool. I enjoyed the hot tub. There were a couple of jets that did not seem to be working, but since no one else was around I was able to sit by the working jets. The pool area was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The pillows are on the soft side, but they give you 4 or 5 per bed. The TV and other room amenities were fine. Breakfast was the most varied I have ever seen. The juice dispenser had cranberry, apple, and orange. There were oatmeal packets and a toppings bar. The bread station had both wheat and white bread, bagels, english muffins and biscuits, as well as sweet muffins and cinnamon rolls. The hot station had country gravy, bacon, Canadian bacon, sausage links, and sausage patties, eggs both scrambled and fried as well as home fries. There was also a waffle station. In the fridge were hard boiled eggs, cream cheese, butter, and two brands of yogurt. There was also whole fruit. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and welcoming. We would stay there again.

The communication of how the day would work and which buses to catch where was good. But when they said the busses would be making stops at the specific locations every 15 minutes was not accurate. We were stranded at one location for 2 hours before a bus arrived. Then again later in the evening we waited approximately 30 minutes before catching a ride with someone else. We will not be using this service again.

If you are around granville, you have this hotel and the courtyard as options. Both suck and I actually think the courtyard is worse.
