The second was for a family photoshoot, which was beyond words emotional since it was celebrating a huge marital milestone for me and my hubby. My most recent hire was for some collective photos I needed for some work social marketing. Let's just say no matter the event, GDP work is amazing and unmatched. Gabriel has a way of asking the right questions of what my expectations are and always prevails above and beyond. Can't wait until our next collab. She was responsive, cheerful and communicative in the lead up to the event. She arrive nearly 30 minutes early (we had discussed 10-15min) and was so professional, kind and thoughtful. She helped me capture moments that I didn't even think to capture and really added so much positivity to the event. I just received the "sneak preview" shots and I'm so excited!! She asks you to pay her in full amount then comes up with lame excuses and never refund your money. I booked this person and she offered to reschedule a different date but never gave me a date. I messaged her twice and no responses for a whole month. After I messaged her calling her a scammer she finally replied and tried to make it seem like it was my fault. Also came up with a lame excuse that she never received the messages. I should've seen the red flag in the beginning! Never pay in full before a session. Other photographers only ask for you to deposit a small amount then pay full later. And they also reply back within a day, not weeks or months!

Jennifer was our photographer and she was great she captured shots I didn't think she had since my baby wasn't really having it that day. I am glad that now you can just buy the digital and use Shutterfly to print. You can order some in studio which I did and they arrived in under a week which was great. Overall I recommend and will be bringing my baby back as he grows. The studio is only open on weekends, easily book online and I used a Groupon but they do run promos if you check their website.

Yes, the rest of our group got here latest 9:36 but she was not out in the counter to check us in and insisted we were 15 minutes late. She wasn't making eye contact with anyone and kept talking to our group indirectly. She took in the 10am reservation before the 9:45am. She took in 10:30 and was prepping to take in the 10:45am before us. She kept saying we were next but kept lying. We ended up leaving after almost waiting for an hour. Someone from our group asked for her name and let her know we would not be staying. She started yelling at him and saying we were 15 minutes late. Our group consists of 5 customer service managers. No we are not perfect but we would never talk to anyone in such way. Nikita here is how I would suggest you handle this next time: when communicating to paying customers you are understaffed, make eye contact and smile. If someone is telling you they will not continue with their session, apologize for the inconvenience and wish them a nice day. P.S. we all know we could've been done before the 10am group you took in early. Needless to say we will not come to this location again.

Initially, we were just hoping to have some footage from the wedding, mostly of older family members. I emailed again the next day and asked them to call me. They called me two days later and I provided them with my information and wedding date. After a brief exchange of emails to arrange a date to meet, they stopped communicating with me. Two days later, they finally emailed me and told me the date of my wedding was now booked and they were unavailable. I cannot comment on their actual services, but their communication is not good.
