Don't do it. This photographer lost our wedding video ! We paid for services we never received . Save yourself the heartache and go somewhere else . He was unprofessional and defensive when we asked where our wedding video went . He said " he lost the file and was trying to find the backup . He never found. It . Thank you for your response. However, the reason why you don't remember me is because you don't have my video . That's what you told me on text message. You blamed it on not having our song selections . We tried to reach out to you several times to try to make this right . Even if you gave us the raw video without the songs we would have appreciated it . Let me tell you, this company is amazing! Ulises came through for my daughter's Sweet 16 this past Saturday, September 4th, 2021, with only like two hour's notice. I had originally booked with a photo booth person a few months out. We had used the company before so we thought everything was all good. Come September 3, 2021, the day before the event, they decided to cancel service. You have to know I was stressing out at that point. So then, one of my cousins was able to help me find another photo booth service that had availability for the next day, Saturday, September 4th. However, while he was loading his equipment the day of my daughter's event, he dropped his monitor and well, he had to cancel as well. It felt like odds were against us having a photo booth at this party. So back to Ulises, I messaged him around 6:30 p.m., the day of my daughter's event, he was so prompt to reply and was able to come through with just a couple of hour's notice. I believe he brought his son to assist and boy, was he awesome! One of my cousin's was amazed at the young boy's professionalism, just like his father. We had a great time, they were friendly and I cannot thank them enough for making this happen in such a short time.
