The staff that assist me was very friendly, and I got to meet Tom, the goldsmith where he checks my ring on the scope where I can see my ring closely in the monitor on how the claws were all worn out. I asked them for an estimate, and it was affordable, and within my budget so I told them to go ahead with the repair.
