But they definitely lean more towards simply designed sterling silver earrings, necklaces and rings. They even do custom work as my friend received a pretty custom charm necklace from her husband. Service is decent - can range from aloof to really nice depending on the sales person. And you can usually find the designer herself in the store.

I was surprised to read the US customer complaining about delivery, I sincerely doubt they were doing anything but the best they could to resolve the issue. I do a lot of shipping for my side business as well and those types of issues take time and are sometimes complex. I would consider that one more of a review of the postal service than the jewelry store.
