Most of the pieces are sterling silver or 18K gold and there are pieces that have pearls and other gemstones. Service is decent - can range from aloof to really nice depending on the sales person. And you can usually find the designer herself in the store.

I do a lot of shipping for my side business as well and those types of issues take time and are sometimes complex.
