The staff that assist me was very friendly, and I got to meet Tom, the goldsmith where he checks my ring on the scope where I can see my ring closely in the monitor on how the claws were all worn out. I asked them for an estimate, and it was affordable, and within my budget so I told them to go ahead with the repair. After two days they called me that it's done and I was so surprised how fast the service and how beautiful my ring was! It's like brand new!!! I will definitely go here again for any repairs I need!

Service is decent - can range from aloof to really nice depending on the sales person. And you can usually find the designer herself in the store.
