I handed over my ID and Kaiser card and gave my information and they were able to easily bill my insurance so I didn't have to handle it after the fact. After some wait my vitals were checked, then I was sent back to the lobby and after a bit more of a wait, I was moved into a shared room. In total my visit was about three hours and I was able to speak to the doctor who ordered my medication to the closest pharmacy and had a first dose ready for me prior to my leaving. When I let them know I hadn't eaten recently they also provided a sandwich and crackers to take with the medication. I was texted semi-regularly with the name of my nurse, my doctor, my room, and when I was discharged - all things Kaiser doesn't do that I appreciated. My visit fee was the same as it is with Kaiser and because they supplied the first dose I was able to head home and go to sleep, picking up my medication the next day. All in all, I appreciated how Mount Sinai made the experience smooth for me and it's nice knowing I have an ER I can go to when I'm in the area.

I flew into town to help with her care and brought her for an appointment with Dr. Braun about a week after she had been released from the hospital. I found Dr. Braun to be extremely arrogant and told my family and me, "Look! She's fine!" before actually examining her (because she could walk). He paid no attention to her, ignoring her very obvious cognitive deficits, and appeared to be preoccupied the entire appointment. We had to call back multiple times to request a urine test for a possible UTI which we had requested in person at the appointment. The ONLY positive thing I can say is that the nurse who brought us to the room before he came in was very nice. I would not trust Dr. Braun with my health, let alone the health of my loved ones.

I was referred to their office from my orthopedic doctor to do spinal injections, First they lost the referral, Then they couldn't figure out the billing, I had to have my lawyer called to speak with them to straighten everything out and then I finally got my first appointment two months later, I had my spinal injections scheduled for two weeks later and I show up to the office for my injections only to be told that my appointment had been canceled and that Betty had forgotten to call me.... No big deal I didn't take a day off from what I had to do and have somebody else take a day off from work because you need to be picked up by somebody... I was told that I would be called later that day when Dr Francoski got out of surgery however that phone call never happened and none of my follow ups were returned for over two weeks until I continuously called multiple times a day for three days and finally caught Betty first thing in the morning only to get screamed over, told a bunch of incorrect information Which if she was in contact with her team she would know she was completely in the wrong, And when I tried to explain to her of reality of the situation she hung up on me. I have wasted three months trying to get in the door of this place only to be disrespected and hung up on by the most ignorant lady I've ever spoken to in my life I mean she makes a Karen look like a sweet lady... I am in the process of switching to a different doctor because I no longer wish to step foot in that office and I don't think I could get anything straightened out even if I wanted to. The entire experience has been a three month nightmare that has delayed my recovery significantly and caused me nothing but headaches from a completely Incompetent staff and it's very unfortunate for the doctor that this is who is running his practice. They don't even deserve to one star they got, They deserve an investigation into proper practices And a lesson on respect and patient morality.

Beltran is disrespectful, a lady who, being the doctor in charge of the office, is the one who embarrasses her entire team by being rude to her patients. At least in my case, he gave me a very bad experience in a phone call since I had been feeling very bad for a long time and needed to be given an appointment or to be told the results of a study that they already had available in the office. since then at 6 am and she told me no (Uh-huh, when do you want to come?), (I don't know here, the results haven't arrived) (I don't know when they can give you the results, when we can, we'll call you and we will tell you) (See you later because you are wasting my time and I have patients) It is very easy to not care when it is not you who is feeling bad. I find it totally disrespectful to address a patient in that way since I'm also paying and she's not wasting her time because I'm also a patient and if she doesn't mind talking to the public, she'd better have found another profession.
