There was nothing inherently wrong with the appt itself, went for a consultation which was advertised as "free" submitted a form online. Submitted my insurance info right it would be on there. Sent them a message a week before the appt to confirm there would not be a cost, and I never got a response. When I got there, they went straight into evaluation and treatment.Never mentioning anything about money or insurance. Once the appointment was done, they informed me that my insurance was out of network, and I would basically be paying out of pocket, and that the appointment consultation was $255 but if I bought a package worth of treatments from them, it would count towards that. For the lack of transparency and shady sales tactics, I absolutely refuse to buy a package or continue service with them even if I felt like I wanted to, because I have no time to do it to think and make an educated decision on the cost.And if it's affordable for me, my only option was to buy right now or blow two hundred and fifty five dollars on a consultation appointment. Be warned in advance their business model is obviously to lure people in and pressure them to buy a package. It's or get charged as ridiculous.First visit fee, if it weren't for that I may have thought about proceeding to do business with them. But I definitely do not support b*******.Sales tactics like this. I wrote an honest review about how horrible their business practices are (you will see other people on here with similar stories / feelings towards the way they treat their "patients") where they responded saying they would want to help out and to reach out to them, meanwhile we both know that I've tried on multiple occasions to contact them to figure it out and they refused to help me, and then stopped answering my calls and emails. Attaching a screenshot of their bogus response, where they're willing to make a public statement to save face, but are in fact not willing to speak to me directly/privately or try to rectify the issues they've created for me. The following was my experience: Absolutely horrendous business practices. Do NOT give these people your credit card information, because they play fast and loose with your money. DO NOT GO HERE unless you're willing to spend THOUSANDS of dollars, which they will make you pay up-front and then have YOU submit to your insurance (that is only if you have out of network coverage, because he will claim at first that he takes insurance but he really doesn't) instead of submitting it to insurance himself, because that way he get's HIS money right away, while you're out thousands of dollars, despite the fact that the treatment will be spread over several months time. I was pressured into paying a large amount up-front for a certain amount of sessions, after making it very clear that I don't have a luxurious financial situation, and that this would be a stretch for me... but I was convinced it was worth it for my health. After that, when they went to charge me, they charged my INCORRECT card. I provided a credit card before payment, but instead they charged my debit card (the one I used for the initial smaller deposit) $1,500, which I had to fight with them tooth and nail for 24 hours in order to get them to rectify the issue they created. I was not able to get my refund from them until I physically came back into their office, even though it was their mistake. This was after having SEVERAL frustrating conversations over the phone and email with both the owner (Hesham) himself and his assistant, including one where Hesham, said some INSANELY unprofessional and rude things to me. After hearing that, I no longer wanted to work with them and then got charged insane amounts for wanting to cancel the "package" I purchased because of their "policies." Seems like if you cause a problem, that you could definitely make an exception for the policy that YOU created. I am getting penalized because I don't want to work with someone who has mistreated me and my money. When I told them not to charge my card again, they said "we'll call you back" and then instead of calling me back, they just went ahead and charged my card anyway without confirming with me beforehand. These people are financial predators that will take advantage of your pain and suffering. Do not trust them. read more
