I was charged $200.00 on the bill for "special services" of which there were none. There were no special services mentioned in the verbal quote. When the employee was confronted about the bill they said they explained the "special service" when they had not. The wenching service took approximately fifteen minutes. This company is dishonest. I would not recommend doing business with Albany Oil if you do get a written detailed quote prior to service.

Every time I connect, I need to first put the truck with the trailer in a downhill position in order to get the safety latch down in the closed position. When disconnecting, I need to tap on the thumb latch with a hammer while jacking up the tongue. If they use such cheap couplers on a good trailer (saving maybe $30) who is to know where else they are using cheap or inferior materials.... Decks? Axles, I mean come on people use parts and pieces that work.
