After explaining our issue and that we were told they would look at it in the morning, he just said "we won't look at it till tomorrow, we have 5 people before you" with an attitude like we should have known better. He was super rude. We drove just down the street to Toms and we were out of there repairs by 1:00 same day. If you want to be treated respect, this is not the place for you.
