A guy from the shop asked me did you just have your transmission fluid changed? I replied no. He said it was the cleanest he had ever seen. That's because there was none in it. My transmission went out. My mechanic said no fluid wrecked it. I contacted Scott the owner he blamed my van? So I leased a truck and went to a koo. My customer asked where's your van I told him what happened. He said I brought my truck there they didn't put oil in it and my motor went out. Snappy Lube had to replace it. So I thought I would take them to court. Then I read someone else did and Scott got on a payment plan? That customer said it took forever to get paid back. All said Scott cost me $2,500 to bring it to Snappy Lube for an oil change. Don't be fooled on his website as well look for lowest ratings he has a lot of them folks.

Today, I got an email from Jeff Maxwell letting me know that I was pre-approved for a new car loan. WHO THE 'F' asked you to run my credit report. Apparently, this salesman, Jeffery Maxwell, doesn't care about what the customer wants or doesn't want, he won't take NO for an answer. Roman never answers the phone, returns calls, or keeps the customer informed of what the status is of their vehicle. I finally picked up my truck, after a month, and he was still "diagnosing" a computer issue (one it didnt have when I brought it in)....they removed a ground wire between the transmission and frame...which magically made it shift right when I replaced it. Well, the 3 month warranty expired in November, here it is December 1st and the thing is destroyed, case shattered on it due to the wrong, overtightened fastners and brackets that hold it all square not being hooked up. To top it all off, when I removed the inspection cover what do I find? Low and behold, the WRONG torque converter, the truck is a diesel, and has a 6 bolt torque converter, the one that was used was a 3 bolt designed for a gas engine. Im sure there is more internally that was not assembled correctly, but Im too disgusted to even look any further right now. The best part is, when it came apart going 70mph, 500 miles from home, it destroyed the transfercase and driveshaft (which came apart and wrapped around the fuel lines, brake lines, parking brake cables, etc...) and cost another $900 for a wrecker ride home. I have tried to get in touch with Roman to see how he is going to handle this situation because I dont feel it is right for me to have to pay another $2500.00 for a transmission...go figure, he wont answer or return calls... Do what you can to avoid this place, OEM transmissioms are similar in price and have an actual warranty...

They will overprice you and the technicians are not honest and do not keep their word they covered up their tracks just to get more money from me, I spoke with the tech manager, Brian he was the same way not a trustworthy man. They do not keep their word and they do not treat customers as well to make sure that they are fair and doing the right thing for us customers.
