It's my experience that Avrio Pharmacy goes above and beyond for their customers! After searching online for good prices on a fairly expensive prescription, I found Avrio Pharmacy. I completed their online form to quote on a bulk amount of eye medication for a newly-adopted, six-year old basset hound since she has to receive these drops the rest of her life. Their pricing was excellent, substantially less than New England and national pharmacies, so I placed a bulk order (mindful of expiration dates). Avrio Pharmacy sent the package Priority Mail and made sure I got the tracking number. To make a long story short, unfortunately the package misrouted and got caught up in those crazy Christmas/pandemic shipping volumes. Once Avrio Pharmacy found out about the delay, they wasted no time in responding and voluntarily overnighting my dog's medication at no charge to me! Now THAT'S service!! Today the tracking message indicates my package is due to be delivered tomorrow, after 18 days of travel, but my dog has had her meds for days now thanks to the concern and care of Avrio Pharmacy. Terrible service from Avrio Pharmacy for our dogs compounded medication. I'm not sure what happened, but the level of service and competence has really declined drastically. Our vet called in our dogs prescription on a Tuesday. In the past prescriptions would be filled and shipped out almost immediately. This time that's not the case. Got a msg from one of the pharmacists Tuesday late afternoon that said they needed to speak to me regarding my prescription. Called Wednesday morning everything fine. No notification it was filled Wednesday ,Thursday , and now here we are Friday after 3pm I call yet again to inquire when the prescription will be filled and NO ONE can tell me anything or give me any clear answers. My dog is just about of her kidney medication and it's now the weekend. The last I spoke with them 315 Friday I was told my prescription would be filled and someone would be bringing it to me. I'm not going to hold my breath. No one has called me back to confirm or follow up. This will be the LAST time I use this pharmacy. Every time I call to get some answers they all sound like robots, they could care less about their customers. Extremely Extremely disappointed. Go elsewhere for your prescriptions! ***Update*** the prescription was not delivered Friday evening. I called back yet again after 5pm on Friday and was then told "Cory the pharmacist" would be delivering the meds Saturday morning between 8-10 am Just after 10am Saturday the correct prescription was left at the front door. This was such an ordeal and so much time wasted calling 8x to get the RX filled. While I appreciate someone delivering it to me I will be asking my Vet to look for another Pharmacy in the future. Great pharmacy! I actually go here because I've been prescribed LDN which needs to be specially made. I called different compounding pharmacies and All Care uses pure naltrexone powder and loxoral as filler, making it allergen free! I'm highly sensitive to gluten and dairy. I recently switched to all care pharmacy, since it was highly recommended to me by a close friend. I called to get pricing for a medication that I pay for out of pocket and I was impressed! I spoke to Suly and she was able to give me a discounted price that was cheaper than what I was paying at the other pharmacy . She also offered free shipping/delivery and was super friendly. Not only did all care pharmacy offer a cheaper price, transfered my prescription and mail it for free, but the customer service was outstanding! Their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Avril Pharmacy has a nice, friendly, and helpful staff. They work with doctors for you, so you do not need to act as the middle person between the doctor's office and the pharmacy. The pharmacy will mail your prescription to you, to save a trip. I have used Avril Pharmacy for three years now and appreciate the customer service!! read more

Terrible service! Took several days to get the order filled. When I went to pick it up it wasn't ready after all. I waited for 30 minutes and got only half of the compounded medicine and was treated with absolute indifference. Today I picked up the other half and was given very professional service. Too little too late. UPDATE- The owner has mistaken me for another customer and is now insulting me on this site and has called to yell at me, using incorrect facts. I've been to this pharmacy a couple times to get certain medications for IVF treatments. I have never been to such a nice pharmacy. It's very inviting, clean and pretty inside. I have only been using All Care for the last 4-5 months. Unfortunately, I don't have a choice in who I use because of the type of medication I need. Every single time I have called for a refill, my prescription has been late. 3 weeks ago (Dec. 13) my doctor called in a refill for a 90-day supply so I wouldn't have to do this runaround every month. I haven't heard a peep or received the medication. After twice getting samples from my doctor to sustain me, I finally ran out of pills over the holiday. Because they weren't open, I had no choice but to call today. After 20 minutes on the phone with customer service the Pharmacist, they basically told me the "best they could do" was 2-day shipping. I asked them to overnight it because I was already out of the meds and missing work today because I'm nauseated (as a result). They refused to overnight the meds to me unless I paid the $30 charge. I said surely since this was very clearly their mistake, AND I'm out of meds, the could do better by overnighting at their expense. I was told by the Pharmacist that she wasn't authorized to do that. I asked to speak to someone who was, and she said she was the only person I could speak with. I asked her if this made any sense to her.....to deny a person their meds when it was their fault because of a $30 fee. She said no, but that she could only offer me the overnight if I paid for it. I cried. I said, isn't it enough that I have a chronic illness, that I feel too sick to get out of bed without these drugs, that I have TWICE driven to my doctor's office to get samples to tie me over, that you had 3 weeks to fill the prescription, that I spend hours and hours on the phone with y'all constantly dealing with late refills (EVERY single month)? Is it so much to ask that you treat me with a little compassion, dignity and genuine care? CARE is in your name! Your website says "we care about our community and its people". Does that not include me? I'm just disappointed and frankly disgusted by how I've been treated. Please do better. read more

Allcare has been my chosen pharmacy above all the others! First and foremost their prices, I've found, are most competitive and most reasonable superseding all chains including known discount chain stores. Also the service is excellent and so personal! If you can not pick up your prescription they will mail it for free! The icing on the cake is their gourmet candies always available to taste when picking up prescriptions! Now that I've found Allcare I've dumped all the others since it truly represents a personal local neighborhood pharmacy! A high recommend! 5 plus stars!!!! read more

Recommend you avoid this pharmacy unless you don't mind paying twice what other pharmacies charge, particularly for a compound prescription. I had two prescriptions filled at Avrio for several years (first when it was called All Care Pharmacy). This pharmacy had been recommended by my OBGYN and while there were always challenges with getting them to refill prescriptions automatically, having to call in periodically for the refills while inconvenient, wasn't a deal-breaker. When they switched to Avrio, they began charging to mail prescriptions and as "luck" would have it, my two prescriptions somehow always managed to be mailed separately, resulting in paying twice for postage. For a short time earlier in the year, they didn't charge for mailing, so I assume this was related to the current pandemic. They've resumed charging again for mailing as of about two-three months ago, although I'm pretty sure that the Covid-19 virus is still very much present in the State of Arizona, so the logic on this is puzzling. They also recently doubled the price for one of my prescriptions which is one that isn't covered by insurance. When they called to let me know the price was doubling, the person who called said they would give me a "one-time" reduction for the old price. Unfortunately for me, they charged me the new (double) price as well as double postage for mailing the two prescriptions separately... and that was the last straw. I contacted three other pharmacies and each of the three pharmacies price was half what Avrio was charging and each of the three pharmacies are also willing to mail the prescriptions to me at no charge. And, best yet, each of the other three pharmacies were far friendlier and customer oriented than Avrio. Don't settle... Shop around - you won't regret it! read more
