He came to our home today and not only did a stellar job on installation, but untangled the rats nest of wires and cables left by the prior installers in their effort to connect our TV, receiver and other components so they were synced-up and functioned seamlessly. We now have a first-rate system of audio, video and TV that works through our surround-sound system, all well-connected and integrated. Dave is patient, thorough and took his time, testing along the way, so that when done everything worked the way it was supposed to. He's also a nice and personable guy that makes having him work in our home a stress-free, pleasant experience. A+

I was finalizing plans for a full home remodel and needed appliances for my kitchen and utility room. They had an amazing selection of high end to ultra high end equipment. But nobody wanted to help me so I left. I ordered everything from Best Buy and Home Depot. Between them they sell the most appliances in the country. Best of all, they stock most of it too so delivery is really quick. You'll also get the best deals that way too. Just order at home. If your looking for a showroom of high end appliances that is willing to actually help everyone walking in the door try Ferguson.

Within the 4 years, my Bosch refrigerator ice maker has had to be replace twice, my Bosch oven had an electrical fire and almost burned my house down, and my microwave drawer has broken twice and cannot be repaired. I have had technicians out at least 6 times and they don't know how to fix it. I feel appliances should work for more than a couple of years. I spoke with the manager, and he said he couldn't do anything and to call the manufacturer, Sharp. I would have been happy if he offered me a discount to replace the microwave after all the business I have given them over the years. If you buy from Bill Smith, take out a 5-year warranty on all appliances and be prepared to get many visits from their technicians that will cost a fortune.

To date, I have non-functional speakers in my MBR and LR, and my Sonos wireless system needs to be rebooted every week or two. They also insist that they did not sell me enough Ports to support the speakers that I have installed, and I need to purchase another one. They wanted to charge me higher than manufacturer's suggested retail price for the product after the initial sale. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR THIS KIND OF SERVICE. I visit my parents often and they had specialty electronics do some custom work for their second living room (or whatever it's called) and for the pool area tv/sound system. I don't know what to say except that it came out awesome! I've never seen a tv that hides into the furniture and just rolls up out of nowhere! And it's a 65 in TV!!! The sound system is amazing with none of the wires being visible, you barely notice the speakers are even there until you turn up the volume. So I pulled the battery and took it back to the store at 1811 Tamiami Trail Naples, and was told by a smart Mouthed Kid that the Battery was not under warranty!!!! On my receipt it states the battery is under warranty until 1/04/2027 !!! I was lectured by this smartass kid that the battery needed to be above 10 Volts for them to warranty it.... If the Battery is BAD it should not be my issue !! I have bought MANY Batteries from them before, BUT NEVER AGAIN!!!! Customer service is a thing of the past !!!!

Sometimes the Apple stores are crowded, my recent trip was quick and after walking in, I was helped immediately. Marlon was very knowledgeable and my iPad was up and running in a few minutes. He also removed the broken screensaver, unfortunately the store doesn't sell iPad screensaver replacements, but that's an easy one. The store is large and has a variety of iPhones, iPads, and accessories. The staff is helpful and friendly and this store is in an accessible location right outside the mall. This trip didn't cost anything and my iPad is working as good as new. Apple stores are a favorite, I use their products and definitely recommend stopping by.
