Both times, he was condescending and confrontational, to say the least. On November 10, 2017, he came to move a central vacuum pipe as part of reconstruction. He showed up in dress loafers, a Hawaiian shirt and dress slacks to do construction. A few minutes into the process, he walked on the fire sprinkler pipes, broke the water main and literally destroyed our house. For some reason, when he came down from the crawl space, bewildered, practically in shock, he went to the electrical panel to turn the water off. While a friend and I were trying to shut the water main off at the street, Jerry somehow slithered away. 30 min later (Jerry, I still have the screen shot) he called me and said that he would be happy to buy me a wet vac to clean up. Tens of thousands of dollars, insurance adjusters, and six months later, we had our house rebuilt. Jerry, want to dispute any of this??????

Otherwise, he cleaned the refrigerator and freezer drains which solved the two problems of excessive moisture and ice accumulation. Only negative is that when I made the appointment, the customer service representative advised buying the gasket from a third party, but then the technician and his supervisor said it could not be installed successfully. They should coordinate with the people making appointments on this issue. Not cheap, but quality work, which is more important.

The technician was at our home for about 30 minutes and, to the best of our observation, did not open the machine or perform what we would consider a thorough inspection before offering an opinion. The interaction itself was just as concerning. When my wife asked reasonable, straightforward questions, the technician responded with, "I'm the professional." We perceived his tone as dismissive and condescending. It raised a serious concern for us that he may have been talking down to her, and in our opinion, it felt as though she was not being taken seriously--possibly because she is a woman. When I contacted the company afterward to address these concerns, the response from ownership, in my opinion, was defensive and unproductive. Rather than working toward a resolution, I was told, in substance, that I was "too cheap to do the diagnostic myself," which I found both inaccurate and unprofessional. Based on our experience, and after reviewing other publicly available customer feedback, it is our opinion that the $125 diagnostic fee did not reflect the level of service provided. This review reflects our personal experience and opinions only. Others may have different experiences, but we strongly encourage potential customers to clearly understand what the diagnostic process includes before agreeing to service.

Well here's the update to the LACK of Customer Service from this company. After they let my…read morepermit expire and I had these notices taped to my garage door I contacted them and they didn't seem to care. They did have the permit extended for another year (this was over a month ago, April 6th 2026). They came out and took pictures on April 9th. I figured after more than a month they would have Finally completed my installation (not complete until the paperwork is done). I have emailed and called but no one answers. If you use this company (I do not suggest you do), but if you do hold the last payment until they complete all the work & paperwork. Horrible customer service!
