I am an almost 60 y/o menopausal woman with an under active thyroid and family genes that make it hard for me to lose weight. This is an reasonably expensive program, but it actually works. I'm down 35+ lbs in 11 weeks so far and feeling great!! I have a lot more energy, am excited by my progress, and have received lots of positive comments from family, friends, and colleagues! The provided food is decent with lots of protein (I particularly like the oatmeal, soups and smoothies). I have learned lots of strategies for eating out... naked burger and broccoli at Chili's, salad without cheese, croutons and high cal dressings, etc. Staff is very helpful and motivating. The expense also keeps me fully engaged because I have a monetary incentive to make it work. I have had far less success in the past with free self-directed programs. As a nice bonus, I was also able to pay for it using my insurance HSA account. Overall, highly recommend!! read more

I have had an amazing time during my last 8 week Weightloss journey. I was nervous and skeptical when I decided to try it but I had a friend who was successful so I gave it a shot. Best decision I could've made! I am almost 49 years old and a female and have lost 23.2 pounds, and I feel great. The weekly weigh ins, one on one consultations and endless support really helps. I am a diet junky! I've tried everything over the past years, what ever the new fad was I did it. Unfortunately, I would gain everything back and more. I was miserable! Success!!! I started this program in late March '19 and lost close to 40 lbs. The coaching, education and encouragement by the staff has made this accomplishment quite easy and enjoyable.
