I had a spinal fusion (T12-L3) when I was younger, and in the last 6 years, my back had been getting progressively worse, with deterioration and bulging disks. My orthopedic insisted L4 was the issue, and that I needed another fusion ASAP. He spent 35 minutes on the phone with me (free consultation) which ended with him thinking it was my Si joint, not L4. I've been seeing Dr Bill and the Cherry Street Health Team for years. I'm 44 and feeling better than I did at 34. They resolved my back issues and helped my whole body perform better. Initially I went to Dr Bill as a last resort as I was in and out of PT. The plan was to treat a minor injury in my back. I had pain for years. I went to Cherry Street after I had a minor wake boarding accident. First impression was great, receptionist and Dr. Bill were very nice and informative. Dr. Bill recommended a 3 month, 3 visits a week "plan" that was supposed to make my neck feel better...but the price was wayyyy to high, so i modified with 2 visits a week for about a month. I was told that I would pay a reasonable price per appointment, but was never presented with any bill or insurance coverage percentage the whole time I was there. After a month of going 2 times a week (Dr. Bill stressed the importance of setting up appointments) my neck pains and back pains continued to get worse and worse. I mentioned this to Dr. Bill and he kept giving me things that I was doing wrong to slow down my progress. Shortly after I decided to stop going to see Dr. Bill and let my neck heal naturally. A month later I feel perfectly fine, except for the fact that I was hit with a HUGE bill that was no where near what i had discussed with Dr. Bill and his office. My advice - go to your physician first before taking the word of Dr. Bill. He's a nice guy, but his services are extremely overpriced and I'm not convinced that he actually helped me in any way. read more

Having never experienced back pain before and always a little nervous about chiropractics it took me a few days after my pain started to go see Dr.Nolan, who was referred by a friend. He did a full assessment and took his time while telling me every step of the way what was happening. He used different types of assessments and tools to stretch ,massage ,and adjust my back. I've been to my fair share of chiropractors over the years, but none of them even come close to Dr. Bill. In fact, I was on an insurance that covered 100% of chiropractic, but Dr. Bill didn't take it. I gave the other ones a chance, but ended up paying out of pocket for Dr. Bill because he is that good. I was in a head on collision almost 13 years ago. My seat belt saved me but also damage my back and neck. I have spent years in pain and throwing out my back on a regular basis. I have gone to back specialist, physical therapist, other Chiropractors, you name it I've tried it. Most people suggest pain relievers, muscle relaxers and leaving my career as a Stylist since I'm on my feet all day. Totally not the answer I was looking for!!! Great staff and Dr. Bill is a life saver! I could barely walk/work when I started only 4 months ago, due to a horrible accident, and now I'm almost pain free! I'm almost sad knowing it'll end soon. Everyone in the office is very upbeat and super helpful. Has a more holistic approach to patient care... For instance you start every session with some PT, get adjusted then lay on the massage beds. My previous chiropractor's practice was in/out with adjustment only. You are given exercises that not only make you more limber so your adjustment is easier, but holds better between appointments and keeps the spine supple. They also carry orthotics and supplements, but there's no hard sell for either. You can even get tested for food allergies/sensitivities. I can almost always get an appointment at my preferred times, even at the last minute. read more

Dr. Nolan is awsome, a great guy and knows his stuff. I did get upset with them, and was mean over the phone. I bought a groupon, then I was charged a fee for an additional service I was not aware that I was going to be charged for. I was very upset in the moment, I ended up hanging up on them. About 10 mins later, they had called me back to apologize to me for them not being clear initially. Then they offered me to pay only half of what I owed, and asked if there's anything else they can do to make situation better. That was a very nice gesture, considering the fact that I was the one being a witch over the phone. I felt bad afterwards. Dr. Nolan truly is great. I've been dealing with the same pain for years, never found the cause of it. Dr. Nolan is the first and only doctor who actually took his time with me to examine me and figured out what was going on. My job puts a lot of stress on my lower back and I just couldn't find relief. I started searching around for chiropractors in my area and found Cherry Street on Groupon. I bought the Groupon for the consultation, x-rays, and one adjustment. I had never been to a chiropractor before and wasn't sure what to expect. Dr. Bill took the time to explain each step to me and made sure I was comfortable with the services. After my first adjustment, I couldn't believe how amazing I felt. I hadn't felt that good and pain free in years! Since my Groupon only covered that one adjustment and I have crappy insurance, Dr. Bill talked to me about my payment options. I decided to keep coming in, paying as I go. Coming here was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I normally don't take the time to leave reviews, but this place deserves a hundred stars.
