At $19.99 a month (with no long term contracts), this is perfect for me. I can use the ellipticals, the bikes, the treadmills. And at this price, if I go three times a week, I'm still getting my money's worth. If you want glamor and glitz with a price tag to match, go to one of the "fancy" places. There are plenty of them out there. But if you're looking for a place to get in a workout without the nonsense, then check out this place. You won't be sorry!

Consequently, from September until now, we've been unable to use the hot tub during one of the coldest starts to New England's long winters! When I inquired about updates from any of the managers, including the Operational Manager, I received a response of "No Update" and a dismissive attitude, as if I didn't care at all!

That's about $200 per hour they make, makes you wonder: what's their expertise to charge this kind of money?? I was excited and looking forward to following their program, including the food sensitivity and DNA based recommendations. However, after a while, not hearing any plans from my trainer for those, I asked and, bummer: these are extra bucks! $600 to be precise, for the DNA testing, which turns out is actually a simple "spit in a box and send it to the lab" thing, which anywhere else (ancestry.com, 23andme) is around $100.00. Long story short: not an inch/pound lost, just wasted a ton of money. Also, they really made me feel bad about myself for "possibly" not following the guides in the booklet, and saying that "we're doing all we can here, but we can't know what you're doing out of here" - so, basically, I was cheating and this is why there were no results. Ugh, I didn't cheat and I did work hard because I'm an adult and I want to put my money to good purpose. While they're not bad people, although I can't justify the high fees they charge and they didn't rob me of the money, I wish there would be more transparency in the services fees. Because of this I don't recommend them, as being misleading and selling overpriced services. P.S. I lost the weight (20 lbs) just by joining a $99/month unlimited Yoga-Pilates club, where I enjoy working out and doing low-impact muscle building exercises, for three months now.

I was contacted regarding an alleged outstanding balance, even though my bank records clearly show successful withdrawals for both my membership and my daughter's swim lessons. When I disputed this and provided documentation, both services were immediately canceled and a refund was refused. The issue was escalated to the Regional Business Manager, who acknowledged receipt of the documentation but continues to request additional bank statements in order to "investigate," further delaying what should be a simple refund. At this point, the issue is not missing information but unnecessary delays. I am still waiting for refunds for canceled services and expect this matter to be resolved promptly.

Walking into the place is half the battle and I am so so SO glad I found this operation. I have been welcomed with open, non-judgmental, accepting arms. I am learning a lot about what my body is capable of. If you're the kind of person who can go to Planet Fitness and bang out a killer workout on your own, that's awesome. But I need someone to tell me what to do and watch me do it. Otherwise, it's just not happening. Sad, but true. I love the boxing class. It's my go-to class. I even bought boxing gloves and hand wraps. Who am I? It is totally cathartic to punch a heavy bag in these times of political insanity. I recommend it. The trainers are super knowledgeable and really pay attention to form, which I appreciate. They happily assist with modifications. The schedule as it is now fits my life well. I need a start time of 5pm or later and there are a lot of classes to choose from. If you're on the fence about trying out a new spot to get your sweat on, I cannot recommend a better place than this.
