It's a little too big for me but for any God-loving person that loves crowds, this would be a great church for you. Before coming to New Life, I was just meandering my way through my Christian walk. And I didn't know that it should be any different. The very first Sunday I attended, I saw others my age (15 at the time) radically and unashamedly worshipping God! I had NEVER seen that before. It challenged me. That's the whole point. Every single Sunday, and throughout the week, they are constantly challenging, pushing, and encouraging you to grow in your walk with Christ! It's a church that is intentional on making new guests feel welcome and part of the family. A church that wants to see the people flourish in the area and gifting God has placed on your life! The children's program is incredible. All the hard work, dedication, and prayer that goes into preparing the classes every Sunday, shows. It isn't a babysitting service so that the parents can enjoy service. It's a place where kids are learning too! Just as Jesus said, "Let the children come to me and do not hinder them..." They have created an environment that not only is far from hindering, but that is equipping them with tools at their comprehension level to understand who Jesus is and what He has done for us. In addition, their youth and young adult program is unlike anything I have ever seen or heard of... every single service is explosive. God touches the room every time. I am so thankful for the culture New Life has created. They are equipping the next generation with all they need to continue to advance the Kingdom of God! New Life is always on the move. I have been going to New Life for 8 years. As soon as you pull into the parking lot you cannot help but feel the energy. Everyone in the lobby is so helpful and they want you to have the best day ever! Worship is POWERFUL, the message from the pastors are filled with wisdom, and the cafe has great sandwiches! Children's ministry is called New Life Kids and is truly top notch! As an educator, that is saying a lot. Truly the best church for families, and everyone. Wow!! Everytime I walk in this place I feel the spirit of God here. I love the look and feel of the church. Sometimes when I go I feel like the pastors message is speaking directly to me... I've been in Christianity for 30 years I just felt like it was more for beginners.

I attended this church for about 18 months & loved it until today. I finally got my fiance to attend with my son and I for the first time. My family was asked to step out of the sermon. My baby was cooing joyfully and a woman came over and asked me to step out. I gathered my family and went to the lobby where the woman was and she didn't approach as, instead talked to other church staff. My child is registered for their newborn nook where I took him for services previously. It irked me that the woman who asked me to step out simply walked away and didn't approach us with suggestions to allow us to still attend sermon. This is not the way I would want a newcomer to be treated in any church and it isn't what I expect from my personal place of worship. I will not be returning, I want to be part of a child/baby friendly church. I'm very discouraged because this was my fiance's first time at this church, I was overjoyed he agreed to go somewhere new because he really liked our old church. I guess I like my old church better now too. read more

I work for an assisted Living facility and they made a lovely performance and took the time to bake our residents cookies and gave to our staff, that's so lovely and beautiful, I've gone to most churches were they ask for things, but this church gave out cookies and prizes and made our residents so happy I thought that was such a lovely gesture and so thoughtful!!! NLWC is an amazing place to make your home church. The people are genuine and care about making a difference in the lives of the community around them. The minute I walked into New Life, I instantly felt at home. I grew up in a Catholic church and after being invited to New Life by a friend, I thought why not. I am so glad I made the decision to show up that Sunday. Since that day, my life has changed. My life now has purpose because of Jesus Christ and it is because of this church for ushering me in. Their messages from each Pastor is relatable and inspiring, but not only that they are Holy Spirit filled. Truly there is room here for everyone, no matter your age. Their Awakening Youth has also affected my life greatly. I've been able to be surrounded by people my age who truly love the Lord. How cool! The children's ministry is unlike any other. These people really care for the children. They want to help lay a solid foundation & you can truly see their heart in everything. Overall, coming to this church was a great decision.
