The Story Behind AwakenWellness: AwakenWellness was born from my personal journey of healing and self-discovery. I began practicing yoga in 2017, dedicating years to training and growth. Facing health challenges, including autoimmune conditions, deepened my passion for holistic wellness. I became a Reiki Master, committed to helping others on their own healing paths. In 2025, I expanded my practice by becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist, blending therapeutic touch with energy work. Today, I offer Massage Therapy, Reiki, Chakra Balancing, and Breathwork, creating personalized experiences to nurture the mind, body, and spirit. It's just the right temperature and the class ends with a clean cool washcloth on your forehead during Shavasana. Loved it! Can't wait to come back.
