I started with the $39 2-week special and fell absolutely in love with Indra's Grace. The teachers are amazing, and they have everything you need at the studio to do the practice--all you need to do is show up. I was looking for a place where I could feel comfortable learning and not feel pressured to have to perform or compete, and my expectations were far exceeded. Indra's Grace has been a lifesaver for me. It is a caring community and strong healing environment that helps you learn yoga so that you can carry the practice into your life. After I finished the two weeks I signed up for the $99 monthly unlimited because I couldn't get enough. I actually look forward to going to classes, and always leave feeling better! The studio offers a range of classes, and the teachers are great about helping you focus on what you want and need to get out of the class that day. Indra's Grace truly is a yoga and meditation community. If you are looking for a gym-like environment of high-intensity yoga then this place probably isn't for you. What it offers instead is much more rare and valuable--the ability to take a moment out of our day to focus on ourselves and learn how to "be" more comfortably and peacefully in our bodies. read more

I have known Sandra, the proprietor of Indra's Grace, for about a year when she was managing and teaching at a center in San Diego. This center is open to students and also provides Yoga Teacher Training. I got to experience Sandra as a teacher who was always ready to smile and able to tailor her classes to the needs of the particular group. Some were geared towards the very beginning student and others to the experienced extremely fit Yoga practitioner. She gave each class her fullest attention and enthusiasm and always met her student's needs. As a teacher in training, I also experienced her endless support. If I had a question, about a pose, what to do for a certain condition or how to apply a philosophical concept into daily life we had explored in a class, Sandra was ready with an answer. And if she didn't have the answer on the tip of her tongue, she made sure to find it. Sandra is an extremely experienced teacher and an inspiration to her students. I've in my third year of practicing at Indra's Grace. The charming studio and restrooms are always clean and inviting. All of the teachers are friendly and quite helpful. I can choose different styles of yoga to meet my needs going with more relaxing modalities or challenging myself. The teachers always ask if anyone has any special needs, and they are quite gifted at putting all the requests together with a nice flow offering quite a variety of movements within the class. This week I was having knee pain before class from a past injury. It was hurting so badly and the movement was so restricted, I was considering visiting the doctor. I wasn't sure how much to do or what to avoid, so I talked to Sandra before class. She very sweetly offered some suggestions and kept an eye on me throughout class without hovering. By the time class was over, my knee almost totally stopped hurting. It's amazing how the right movements can help you feel better and avoid doctor visits and pills. This is just a small example of how the teachers and yoga have helped me heal past injuries and stay mobile and healthy to enjoy exercising. read more

This is by far the best yoga studio I have ever attended. Sandra, the owner, is a gifted yoga teacher and has trained a group of teachers who all bring quality classes to us. Sandra is classically trained in hatha yoga, and this means that each class will look and feel a bit different. Sometimes we do vigorous moves and stretches, and sometimes we do more subtle body work with various breathing techniques. I've been going here for 5 years. I wouldn't think of leaving. I've been healed in mind, body, and spirit. Don't expect to find your "canned" yoga class that you may try in a gym...this is much more than that. Sandra can adjust the class to meet the needs and requests of students on any given day. There is depth to this...it's more than exercise. It's a way to approach all of life. We are fortunate to have this studio in Weatherford! I encourage anyone looking for a true yoga experience to try Indra's Grace! read more

Indra's Grace is a hidden gem that I drive 90 minutes to enjoy. I have practiced yoga for twenty years, and I haven't found anything like it in Dallas and surrounding suburbs. Sandra teaches with such inspiration, and I love that the lessons are not just for while you're on the mat, but things you can translate to life. I felt very welcomed, very nurtured and very comfortable yet challenged. I'm a little jealous of those of you who live so close to the studio. Just know you can go to Dallas, Austin, LA, and New York for Yoga and have amazing experiences, AND you'd realize what a gold mine you've got in Sandra and John!!! This is one of the very best experiences I've ever had. The benefits from yoga are, of course, documented everywhere...but the benefits derived from this particular studio are incredible. The owner, Sandra Venatko, teaches many of of the classes and each time I attend, I am rewarded with words of wisdom, support, and encouragement. The other teachers are also extremely helpful and supportive. I do not live in Weatherford, but drive 30 minutes to get to the three classes I attend weekly. I have been attending class at Indra's Grace for 8 years. Prior to Indra's Grace I had been longing for a wonderful yoga home. I found it with this studio. All of the teachers are well educated and caring. Students are met on their level not compared to anyone else. I love that!! Best yoga studio ever. Everyone is so nice and all the teachers are so knowledgeable. Even the new teachers which must say alot about the teacher training program they provide.
