She taught me a lot about the benefits of Pilates and educated me about the different tissues and parts of the body. She has changed my view of going to the gym where I had injured my back because I didn't have that person to tell me I was doing something wrong. At times I didn't think I was doing much but as I saw my body changing and how it was feeling, I was eager to do more! As I got stronger she would even encourage me to try more difficult things but if I felt it was too much she backed off. She would always tell me to listen to my body!
