I don't have the words to describe how unprofessional, rude and unbelievably mind boggling my experience has been with this company but I'll do my best. I could have taken my business anywhere but I was referred to this company from one of my employees so I took the chance of bringing my business to tex threads in harker heights. I communicated to this company the deadlines in order to meet my tent sale and they understood. I brought some materials to them which included two pieces of plywood measuring 2 ft by 8 ft each. We had cut a 4x8 piece of plywood down the length and we had coated them with primer. When we dropped off the two pieces of plywood the owner's son was right there and had us drop them off against the far wall. Two days later I finished the concept for the graphics and emailed theml. I did not receive a response so the next week Monday morning I called them to find out if they had started work on my project. I tried to call the owner and left him a message that day but no return call I guess he was too busy. I get hold of the owner's son and he tells me he didn't see the email, " I guess it got lost in all the emails I receive." I looked past this error as he guaranteed me he would have it done before Tuesday in order to make my Wednesday deadline for our big sale. It was of utmost importance to have this done to advertise our roadside tent sale. He then informs me that over the weekend they ran out of vinyl so he could use canvas and wrap it over the wood that I had left there as I was making an A-frame measuring 2 ft by 8 ft on either side. I Spent time with this company in order to finish up the graphics and I was informed that I would have my work done Tuesday. Went by there several times on Tuesday just to find out that they hadn't started the tacking process. We accepted the fact that it would take until Wednesday morning and we would pick it up then. On the way back to Austin from harker heights I receive a phone call from the owner's son asking me where the other piece of wood was? I told him we left it with you you were there when we brought it in. He argued that fact accusing us of only bringing in one piece of wood. The most incredible unbelievable situation came out of nowhere. How come they're accusing us of not bringing the materials when his son knows we brought it in he was there. Why would we lie about that what good would come from that? Now the owner gets involved and I have not talked to him yet nor have I met him he too is accusing me of only bringing one piece of wood when I know without a shadow of a doubt that I left both pieces of wood there for them to do the project not 1% of doubt the owner's son was there he knows. But the owner still accused me of being stupid enough not to count two pieces of wood. Obviously somebody from his company misplaced it or used it for another project but he would not admit to that, why not check the cameras? He then threatens to not finish the work that was guaranteed to me and hangs the phone up sending me a couple threatening messages how he's going to leave the wood outside and if I wanted to come by and pick it up I could now what am I supposed to do it's the last opportunity for me to finish this project before tomorrow's deadline and he's threatening to quit the job because he would not admit that somebody from his company used our materials and he would rather accuse me, the customer, of not being able to count two pieces of wood. Now I get to lose money due to this company's failures and to add insult to injury he's accusing me of being the reason for the problem who does this? I Highly do not recommend anyone trusting this company to do a good job they'll come up with multiple excuses why they couldn't finish what they started.
