First, he "lost" my phone number; weeks later when I called him again said he had a guy who could fix my pond issues. call #3 [why did I keep trying?] I wanted the weeds gone from around and in the pond. He said he'd start the work after Labor Day. The Thursday before labor Day I was not home. My husband found 2 women taking pictures of the house. My husband could not reach me all day and when I returned home I saw the women [with kids] on their cell phones at the pond. They were supposed to be weeding around the pond. They CUT THE TOPS OFF. They cut down my blooming butterfly bush. When I tried to speak with them -- THEY DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH! Saturday morning I left a message that I did not want anyone else from his company to come to my house and I would call him Monday [I forgot it was a holiday]. He showed up at my house [claiming he did not get my message] and got belligerent when I explained my concerns. I gave him a check for more than the work was worth and now, a week later, the weeds are back. I have been picking stones, bottle caps, latex gloves and clumps of dirt from the yard.
