I had an issue with one of my print jobs and they immediately fixed it since I had the proof and it wasn't done like the proof that I approved. Stay away! Called to request a quote for a fairly easy project but with a tight timeline. The lady…read morethat answered the phone told me they would get back to me. I never heard back and called back. The second time, she told me the sales person had just gone on break but she would call me back upon return. 3+ hours later, and no call back. I understand it's a busy time of year, so decided to check in. The same lady answers the phone and asks me to hold. She thinks she puts me on hold but did not. I hear her entire conversation. They chat about none sense (jogging pants?) for about 3 minutes. Finally she tells the sales person I am calling again. The sales lady says "what does she want? Did you tell her I can't help her. We are trying to watch Judge Judy and have a rat problem to deal with?". She finally gets on the phone and is not even pretending to be friendly. What kind of business is this? A simple "we can't help you" in my initial call would have sufficed and saved me so much time. So glad I did not do business with them. Extremely unprofessional. I would suggest that the owner look into training her/his staff in customer service and phone etiquette.
