Don't waste your time with this insurance office…read more I usually don't leave reviews, but after nearly two weeks of follow-ups and no action, I felt it was necessary to warn others. I contacted this office for a homeowner's insurance policy, and despite multiple confirmations and promises, they failed to send the required declaration page to my mortgage company. As of today, there's still no insurance on file -- which is unacceptable and stressful when dealing with a new home loan. Communication was poor, timelines were ignored, and I received no proactive updates unless I followed up myself. Time is valuable, and if you're expecting professional, timely service, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. ******** No pierda el tiempo con esta aseguradora. Earlier this year, approx February. My insurance broker is been using for several years, stopped…read moretaking my calls, email, and texts. I used him for my Medicare needs. Medicare, at least for me, is very confusing. I've learned that without proper guidance and advise from a professional, that if you check the incorrect box, you can end up in Medicare hell. Ray Gemme was referred to me by a nurse at Desert Valley Hospital. I asked her to pass along my contact info to him. Within an hour, Ray contacted me. We arranged appointment to meet. Unfortunately I had to cancel the initial appt, but Ray was very understanding and accommodating. I met with him a couple of days later at his office. It was a very smooth process (I was changing medical doctors as I am moving 141 miles from my current location in November. Ray had previously located a MD in the area I was relocating and has passed along the MD's name (from our original phone conversation), which allowed me to research the MD. This was very helpful. Ray had most of the paperwork done prior to my arrival at his office. He explained the benefits of my current plan, more importantly the plan I was joining. To include premiums, all out of pocket expenses of applicable. He did this in detail. This was very important to me, especially being on a fixed income from Social Security. That allowed me to understand how little I knew about Medicare. Ray was very professional, his knowing that I truly lacked full understanding of Medicare, he was great at explaining all the benefits and any possible penalties. Yep, I wasn't aware of penalties in some cases. He got everything taken care, dotted the "I,s" and crossed the "T's". I wish I had contacted Ray when I became eligible for Medicare. I don't recommend may people or businesses, I had been burned by doing so when I dealt with alot of contractors back in the mid 1970's, but I've no issues or apprehension in recommending Ray. If you chose him as your broker, you will be very pleased, you'll know that you e a broker that will fully inform you, and I honestly believe he has your best interest at heart. You'll be well served in choosing Ray. Thank you Ray! This issue (a big one for me) will allow me to move forward without any interruptions and have the confidence knowing that I'm covered.
