That they will finally get my refund which won't be in my account today. I do not appreciate the way that this company has done business. It is completely unprofessional on the way it was handled. Being lied to and told that I was going to get a refund over a week. And never got the refund that is bad business. I will definitely be contacting the Better Business Bureau because of this interaction with this company. Please be advised that you need to make sure that whoever you are talking to and ringing you out? Please make sure that they are smart enough and know how to execute their jobs properly.

I have been talking with Karla over the phone on many occasions throughout the year and she has always taken care of everything. However, last weekend my wife bought a new car and needed insurance right away I called Karla, and she started helping me for a bit, then she stepped out for lunch and apologized for that, a minute later Shey, another agent from the office took over and of course, she went beyond my expectations. She was able to provide us with a new policy in a matter of a few minutes with a low monthly payment. She left us speechless including the dealership people, who were there during our transaction and were very surprised by Shey's prompt response, KUDOS to her. They have one…read moreperson doing the DMV distribution of tags and unfortunately when that person goes on vacation everyone around there has a dumb look on their face and all they do is roll their eyes and are no help....but they will charge you $49 to get your tags to you and nothing. I'm assuming the manager in charge of the Victorville office should turn off her Samsung message retrieval because I've been trying to contact her about picking up my tags and all it says is read and no response. I am going on 3 days trying to get my tags and they are being very unprofessional. You asked to speak with the owner and all you have is people side tracking you and I really don't think the owner of these individual insurance companies and know what's going on or how rude his employees are. Update finally got a response and at once again beating around the bush when I should have had the tags two days ago instead I get you can pick them up after 12 p.m. when this person told me exactly that I could pick them up in the morning I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as of tomorrow at 9 a.m. and trying to contact their owner who mysteriously doesn't exist

It looks like they may be renovating their old space. Not 100% sure. I like their temporary new space because it's more spacious and airy. Ceiling is higher. More space to sit and wait. I think they should take over their new temporary space permanently. Just my 2 cents. Anyway, wait time was about 25 mins which is pretty average at AAA. Staff was cordial and friendly.
