This company did a few jobs for us. One was fantastic - they transplanted our roses from one side of the yard to the other and set up bubbler sprinklers and those are all working great, hence two stars. However, they also did some work on our lawn irrigation that has been problematic from the beginning. They came in January and repaired a sprinkler head twice (they did it improperly the first time). Four months later, the sprinkler head completely came off. We got in touch and they said they couldn't fix it because it has been more than a few weeks since they installed it. I'd like to remind them and everyone reading this: per California law, Contractors are required to correct or replace defective work reported within the one-year period. This includes issues with irrigation, drainage, and landscaping. It's unfortunate that they won't stand behind their work or honor this. read more

Initially it was a 5 star. They came out and quoted me a price to get my sprinkler system up and running. They were here and gone in about 45 minutes to an hour. Two days later noticed another head broken that wasn't replaced. They came out and replaced it free of charge. Which was cool. I appreciated it. But over the last two weeks I've noticed large puddles in several areas of my front yard and since then I've found 3 more broken heads that were missed, which I wanted repaired. I wasn't quoted for them to be fixed, but I DID want my sprinkler system working completely and it's what I was willing to pay for. I feel like if a little more time was spent finding the trouble areas, it could have been repaired the first time without issues. A mixed Review! Moe was very nice and accommodating at first. Told us all the wonderful things he would do for us. We had him replace old sprinkler system and lay sod in main part of our yard and all of the valves with a nice cover so wires would not get pulled out. If we had not been paying attention, all the old piping would have stayed and not been replaced. A valve was installed backwards and the sprinklers did not work at first. Moe and company returned to fix the valves and some of sprinklers. The first few times watering, the grass was flooding and we recognized that we had a low spot. Moe returned and identified that some sprinklers needed to be moved and they would return to fix them. They returned over a week later after our event occurred and after part of grass started to die. We had to keep reaching out to get it done, they only fixed the low spot and not the other sprinklers they had mentioned. That spot they fixed looks horrible, and they didn't actually fixed it, just now a different part is flooding and has a low spot. They finally picked up their tools, and I still don't have the valve cover. Josue and Luis that work for Moe were awesome, especially Josue. They went above and beyond and did a great job! I would definitely recommend them! Get your quotes up front too in writing. We thought he was being so nice and saying we'll work it out. It didn't go well. Get it written down. We have a beautiful lawn, except for one spot that we'll fix ourselves and hoping it stays that way!
