This company did a few jobs for us. One was fantastic - they transplanted our roses from one side of the yard to the other and set up bubbler sprinklers and those are all working great, hence two stars. However, they also did some work on our lawn irrigation that has been problematic from the beginning. They came in January and repaired a sprinkler head twice (they did it improperly the first time). Four months later, the sprinkler head completely came off. We got in touch and they said they couldn't fix it because it has been more than a few weeks since they installed it. I'd like to remind them and everyone reading this: per California law, Contractors are required to correct or replace defective work reported within the one-year period. This includes issues with irrigation, drainage, and landscaping. It's unfortunate that they won't stand behind their work or honor this. read more

Initially it was a 5 star. They came out and quoted me a price to get my sprinkler system up and running. They were here and gone in about 45 minutes to an hour. Two days later noticed another head broken that wasn't replaced. They came out and replaced it free of charge. Which was cool. I appreciated it. But over the last two weeks I've noticed large puddles in several areas of my front yard and since then I've found 3 more broken heads that were missed, which I wanted repaired. I wasn't quoted for them to be fixed, but I DID want my sprinkler system working completely and it's what I was willing to pay for. I feel like if a little more time was spent finding the trouble areas, it could have been repaired the first time without issues.
