The actual repair work was excellent -- the technicians who came out were friendly, professional, and efficient. They diagnosed the issue quickly and had everything fixed in no time. My big issue was with punctuality. I was given a window of 7-8 AM, so I planned my morning around that. By 8:30, no one had shown up and I hadn't heard anything, so I had to reach out myself to find out what was going on. It turned out the crew didn't actually arrive until 12:30 PM -- nearly 5 hours after the promised window, with no proactive communication in between. If you book with them, I'd recommend padding in extra flexibility for the arrival time, or asking for updates throughout the morning. read more

This company did a few jobs for us. One was fantastic - they transplanted our roses from one side of the yard to the other and set up bubbler sprinklers and those are all working great, hence two stars. However, they also did some work on our lawn irrigation that has been problematic from the beginning. They came in January and repaired a sprinkler head twice (they did it improperly the first time). Four months later, the sprinkler head completely came off. We got in touch and they said they couldn't fix it because it has been more than a few weeks since they installed it. I'd like to remind them and everyone reading this: per California law, Contractors are required to correct or replace defective work reported within the one-year period. This includes issues with irrigation, drainage, and landscaping. It's unfortunate that they won't stand behind their work or honor this. read more

The following morning, we called Moe and told him we'd like to work with him and he immediately sent over some guys to start the remodeling of our front and back yard. Called 760.694.4244 on Thursday and explained that I need a whole back yard redo. I let him know I wasn't looking for a gardner. I needed a landscaper, sod, plants, a complete sprinkler system installed, decorative rocks, cement curbing and proper grading and demo of the existing. He said he could be out Saturday at 9:00 to take a look at what I wanted done. I let him know I had to leave to be at work at 9:30 and to please be on time. He assured me he would. Per his request I immediately texted him my address and confirmed Saturday at 9:00. Again I reminded him to be on time as I needed to leave at 9:30. Initially it was a 5 star. They came out and quoted me a price to get my sprinkler system up and running. They were here and gone in about 45 minutes to an hour. Two days later noticed another head broken that wasn't replaced. They came out and replaced it free of charge. Which was cool. I appreciated it. But over the last two weeks I've noticed large puddles in several areas of my front yard and since then I've found 3 more broken heads that were missed, which I wanted repaired. I wasn't quoted for them to be fixed, but I DID want my sprinkler system working completely and it's what I was willing to pay for. I feel like if a little more time was spent finding the trouble areas, it could have been repaired the first time without issues. I don't think be having them coming out to fix it again for a third time. read more
