About 3 months ago, I called them seeking repairs on my heat pump. I never talked with a real human being and was only able to leave them a voice message. Crickets, I never heard from them. Fast forward 3 months and my heat pump finally died, and I am in the process of getting bids to install a new system. It was a repeat of my first attempt to contact them, I never got a real person, but I did leave a voice message for them, again I left my name, number, and what I was trying to accomplish. Again, crickets. After 4 full days, 2 full business days (I called Friday morning and here we are after close of business the following Monday and still no call from them. Seeing how the heat pump is completely kaput, I cannot waste any more time waiting for them to reply. So yes, I will leave you alone now. He showed up on time and by that afternoon I had a detailed quote with multiple options, all broken down by parts and price. Not only was I impressed by the detailed quote, I was very impressed by the price. The next morning James and his team were hard at work trenching my backyard. He had a team of 3 and they worked from 8 AM to 6 PM non-stop.
