This flower shop has got to be the worst flower shop I have ever ordered from. Flowers arrived not fresh, not as pictured. It looked like a 5 year old put it together, something you'd expect from 1800-Flowers not from a local shop. Would not recommend and would not order from them again. read more

I had a specific order for Valentine's Day and due to it, I have to wait to place my order to speak with the person involved. Why? I know my order and am willing to pay for it. SOE a small shop, you'd think they'd be more flexible beyond ''call back Monday". I've ordered from them in the past, and will do so again, but this is disappointing. read more

I am so disappointed. The flowers that were received are so totally NOT what was ordered. This was for a funeral and the title of the flowers that were ordered was Cherished Farewell Arrangement. I don't feel like my loved one was very cherished nor was I. read more

Called this morning to get a delivery to my mom for her birthday. I do not remember her name but she was very helpful describing what available in plants versus flowers, asked me my price range and promised it would be received today. My mom loved the multiple plants in the basket and all look super healthy. They will repot well for long term enjoyment. I greatly appreciate the last minute assistance!! I do agree a bit pricey which is why only 4 stars but I am very satisfied. read more

My husband and I used Awesome Blossom for our son's funeral florals. They were so kind and comforting over the phone and more than helpful. I'd never planned a funeral before so making those phone calls was difficult and I didn't really know what my options were. They were so patient and sweet, listening to my requests and everything turned out beautifully. The casket spray and easel were exactly what I was looking for and their prices were very fair. They left a "delivery note" on my door with the instructions to call the store about the order. Well... to bad there was no phone number OR business name on the note, only an address. Like, who does that!? I arrived at the store that same day at 5:49PM on a Friday and according to their voicemail message, they are open until 6PM on that day. Well guess what... the store was closed!!!! Talk about lack of professionalism. So I come back the next day (Saturday), and some employee lady sees me at the counter and just pretends she didn't make eye contact with me. Apparently then, she tells some young teenager girl to take care of me. I gave the young girl my delivery note and say I'm just here to pick up. She asks, "well what did you order?" Um, I don't know what someone else sent me...I'm just here to pick it up.. Overall, horrible experience from beginning to end. read more

So they contacted me about my review and asked to make it right. I asked them to make the choice of what to send and they knocked it our of the park. The Valentines arrangement was simply beautiful and so very tastefully designed. read more

I would give minus 10 stars if I could. This is the worst flower shop I have ever encountered in my life. From the person who took the order to the manager who told me to F off on the phone, this place is horrific. I ordered an all white arrangement with a box of chocolates for my friend's 50th birthday. She did not receive the chocolates and the arrangement is the most hideous thing I've ever seen. It belongs at a funeral home, not a 50th birthday. She didn't get the card I added to the order and instead got a card with no signature that said "Peace and Joy". She had to call around to figure out who sent this mess. When I called to find out what happened I was transferred to the manager who was HORRIBLE. He was extremely unprofessional and didn't even apologize for the mixup. He then proceeded to tell me how beautiful the arrangement was, which makes me concerned that this man works at a floral shop. He clearly has no taste. I would never ever ever recommend this business to anyone. From the hideous flowers to the awful service, run for the hills. read more

The people were polite, but very disappointed in the arrangement I asked for. They had only 2 arrangements premade and they were roses, which was nice looking, but not what I was lookin for. I told them I needed an arraignment and the first thing asked was how much did I want to spend. I said about $50. We discussed the flowrrs and colors then I was asked if I wanted it in a vase or bouquet to which I said vase. When she came out with a very small arraingment in a small square container that is used for candles I was disappointed. Then I paid almost $60. The 2 premade arrangements looked much nicer and were just a few dollars more. I will not be going here again. read more

Worst floral experience ever! Ordered and paid $40 for a prom wrist corsage for my daughters prom on 5/11/19 to be ready on 5/19/19. Went to pick it up and the doors were locked with a hand written sign that they had gone home early due to storms. All the other businesses in the area were opened. I went to Albertsons and waited and paid for a second corsage. I had left MESSAGES on their phone line. No one called me when they opened on Monday. I finally called on Monday and talked to the supervisor. I asked why they didn't call me to get the corsage because they were closing early. She said they never made the corsage and she needed more details, they had no record of the order. I had to help her find her details. I don't know how this florist stays in business and told her that. So many things wrong with this scenario on so many levels. I told her NEVER will I do business with these people again! If I could give them zero stars, I would have! read more

Terrible flower shop. Rude staff and smelly store. Not only are the employees extremely deceptive about the prices of their assortments but they're extremely rude once you're in the store. Once I entered into the store, I was ignored while the employees were too busy gossiping in the back, when someone finally did come to my assistance, they were very aloof and nasty towards me. The assortments were overpriced and lacking in quality. I won't be back ever again . Instead of gossiping in the back , the employees should actually work on cleaning out the filth in the store because it's dirty and it smells horrendous. read more

I would steer clear. Put in an order with them at 11:00 in the morning. Got a confirmation. They never delivered, never called. When I called them they said they did not have what I wanted in stock. Never thought to call though. They did own their mistake, but I'm still in the dog house. read more

Sent my mother some flowers for her 72nd birthday and she LOVED them! She said they were the prettiest flowers she had ever seen!
