Starla was lovely on the phone, confirming my order the day before the delivery date. The only complaint or perhaps ordering tip I have is that my delivery didn't reach the recipient (who lives about a 15-minute drive away) until what seemed like late afternoon, which to me is not ideal and should be disclosed at the time of payment. I would have the set the delivery date for the day before if I knew how late in the day delivery would be. For a birthday, you want the special person to feel celebrated all day, and I would have preferred that. Besides that, I love this shop, and I will definitely be ordering again--just scheduling delivery one day early from now on! Thank you very much.
