I see how this place has so many low reviews. The way they treat people is extremely lacking. Especially a teen girl that worked up courage to see if they were perhaps hiring. In these days of submitting applications online she wanted to stand out and actually meet people and ask about employment. She feels it was a blessing in disguise that they treated her rudely and spoke rudely. It would have been a miserable place to work. I know where to avoid ordering flowers from in the future. The flowers I received for my birthday were absolutely beautiful! Unfortunately they lasted not even 5 days.. maybe using flowers that's aren't fully bloomed would be better. We have been using MBShop for at least 10 years. During this time we have never, ever been disappointed!! One time my husband was not thrilled with what he ordered and he called the shop... they could not have been nicer. They offered to make another arrangement or refund us. The arrangement we did receive was beautiful but it wasn't what he thought he ordered. We've seriously probably received and/or sent over a hundred arrangements through the years and we have always been extremely pleased with both the products and their courteous service. read more

Horrible experience. Ordered flowers for my mom and placed the order for the beautiful arrangement on the left and received the one on the right. Not even the greenery is the same. They are completely different all together. I emailed them to get rectified 2 days in a row and have yet to hear back or receive a response to my email. I seriously want a full refund at this point because this is absurd and just plain bad business. So think twice before you order or want good customer service. You may not get anything similar to what you ordered and you won't know that because they won't respond to you anyhow. read more

The arrangement didn't look like the pic and the flowers were not all bloomed. I don't know if I would come back.

Disappointing- my husband had the "longing caress" bouquet delivered to our house yesterday. The arrangement started out looking good( too much of the green fern like filler leaves though, none are shown in their online pic)All the flowers looked healthy/ fresh. This morning though, both of the hydrangea blooms were wilted and droopy. This arrangement cost $100+ with delivery fees, and it didn't even last a full day. The hydrangeas took up about 1/4 of the arrangement and it looks so sorry now- especially since those hydrangeas had to be thrown out. I had even filled the vase up with more water yesterday. We will not be ordering from this store again. read more

What a beautiful flower arrangement I received from this shop! It was just lovely and especially appreciated during this crazy Covid-19 time we're all in. I also want to mention that there was a question about my order as the sender had not signed their name so I didn't know who to thank for the flowers. When I called the shop to ask they indicated the order had come through a large 3rd party floral site and that they didn't have the information to give me because it wasn't provided.....BUT, they quickly said they would find out. Within an hour they called back with the information. Mystery solved! What great service from this local florist! I'll definitely use them when I have a need for flowers! read more

I ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary to be delivered during her work hours at her pharmacy. It was guaranteed. They didn't deliver the flowers in the window (which they did admit) and she never received the flowers. They had her name and a backup phone if they had problems. She never received the flowers and they didn't call the number. They said they DID deliver the flowers to someone later after her 6 hour shift was over. No flowers for her anniversary, no apologies and no refund. read more

Very bizarre flower shop. Was recommended by another shop as I was looking for flowers for a wedding cake. I tried to go in on a Friday morning around 11. The hours on the door said 9-3. The door was locked and there was a closed sign on the door. I looked inside and there was an older lady looking me in my face as I tried to come in and I thought to myself maybe they are closed, so I turned around and walked back to my car and left. I ran a few errands and decided to give them a call just to see what was really up. I spoke with someone about their hours and she told me they opened at 9 and closed at 5:30 despite the sign on the door stating they closed at 3. When I mentioned the door she said "oh I must've gotten busy and forgot to unlock the door". Huh? She said let me go and open it now. I swung back around a little later and shocker, the door was still locked and this time I knocked and both older ladies came to the door and asked me inside. I said no I don't need to come inside as it seemed more like I was a bother than a customer they wished to help. I just asked if they had what I was looking for and they explained how they had nothing and I thought what a waste of time and space this place was. Whew! I won't be back needless to say. read more

What a lovely group of ladies who helped me surprise my Mother on her 90th birthday with a corsage made of orchids & a huge peace Lilly plant. I called on a Friday for a next day delivery (I had arrived to Keller late Thursday)...they did not have orchids in stock...but, went out of their way to find orchids.
