Will that never happened. These items was rented for my mom's 80th birthday celebration, the ​distance from the venue and her storage unit was on opposite sides of town so we asked if they could be picked up Friday evenings instead of Saturday morning and she did allow us to pick up late Friday evening which was a great help. At this point I'm feeling pretty good about the transaction BUT on Sunday when we returned the items I asked when we would get the $50 deposit back and she replied, give her until Monday to go over her books. But I'm thinking to myself what does you going over your books has to do with you giving me my deposit back. Giving her the benefit of the doubt I said ok, well it's now 2 weeks later and she still has not returned my $50 deposit. I have tried to call, text and requested the money via Cash app all with no reply. And I forgot to add her communication was very lacking a week before we were supposed to pick everything up. Once she finally returned my call she stated that her teenaged son had her business phone. REALLY! WHO DOES THAT!! AGAIN DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PERSON. SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE FRUSTRATION. SHE'S PROBABLY SCAMMING ALL OF HER RENTERS OUT OF $50.

Even driving to their "old" location and expecting to pick up the equipment early with a borrowed SUV for 12" PA speakers, stands, a amp, microphone and all wiring. Glad to know that Phillip is up bright and early. He apologized that I was not on the calendar, even though the sound system I booked was reserved to me. But no one followed up with me prior. So, it almost turned into a "OH $#*t!" moment for the wedding that I was paid in advance to DJ for. But Phillip came through and offered a free upgrade from 12"s to 15"s PA speakers, $25 off for the gas I spent driving to their old location and included a free pickup once the wedding was over. Technical detail: The PA speakers were non active Behringer - B1520 Pro's. A Shure brand mic. Non labeled speaker stands. Though I forgot what amp was included. These were overkill for the small wedding I DJ'd for, but everyone was impressed by the sound they output. {Summary}: If that's not the best way to make things right for a customer service perspective, besides being free, than I don't know what it is. I would definitely recommend any one needing sound equipment rental to check out Pro Sound Rental. Tip: They have recently started to move their stuff to 285 / I85 near the doraville area. They also offer early pick up if you have the car to fit it all in, and no charge for dropping it off the next day.
