We promptly requested a refund with the intent of paying through another payment processing service. We never received a refund, they never showed for the kids birthday party and it has been over 2 weeks with zero communication. As with the other reviews I believe this company never intended on providing the services nor intend on returning our money. We work hard for our money and its unfortunate that there are companies like this that seem to work hard to just take money and run.
