Not only did Adrian get back to me, but he was very nice on the phone and very informative. The price was reasonable and he even went the extra step to text me a picture of the bounce house I was requesting to make sure it's the one I wanted (since I was reading from the website, he wanted to be sure we were on the same page.) I contacted him the week my party to confirm everything and again the day before. Everything was good to go and he was great about getting back. I was told that on the day of the party, I should expect them anywhere from 2 -3 hours early. Adrian called me to let me know they were on the way, in the midst of party planning chaos, it was GREAT to get a heads up for that. The team had it up and ready so quickly I was kind of in shock. They told me that they would come around 8:30 PM to collect it but if we were done before that, just to let them know. After the party started to wind down, and I couldn't get my kids out of the bounce house, I gave them a call and said we were ready when they were. I was told that they would call me when they were on the way, and they did. And that was great because it gave me time to get my kids out and they could squeeze in "A few more minutes" before the team was actually here and they weren't standing around waiting for my kids. Once I found Brenda, she was such a breath of fresh air. I explained I was looking to book for my son's first birthday party and she was super reponsive and was just as excited as I was! She answered all my questions and had a lot of inventory to choose from! Our birthday theme was UNO and she worked hard to make sure she incorporated all the theme colors into her set up. She arrived two hours before the party and had everything ready for when our guests started arriving. The party was in my backyard and she treated my home with such respect and was super mindful about everything. Her and her husband were super understanding and you can see the joy it brings her to bring these setups to life. I was so happy and excited to get my baby into his own little baby safe zone, he LOVED it so much!! It was such a hit with the all the babies!
