I would never recommend this place; don't waste your time or money. I brought in a pair of $250 jeans to be tailored, and they completely ruined them. I've been here before, but after this last experience, I will never be back. The fitting process felt rushed, almost like they were trying to get me out the door, and when I picked up my jeans, the alterations were terrible. I pointed out what was wrong, but instead of fixing it or offering a refund, they just told me it "couldn't be fixed." I paid $65 for work that not only ruined my jeans but also came with zero accountability. It makes no sense that a tailor can't correct their own mistakes. My daughter ordered a prom dress on line. She did great. Dress was a great quality, but the sizing was a bit wonky. Took her here and asked them to make it fit. They did an awsome job and she looked amazing. We were cutting the timing close but they had the dress done in time. Plan on taking any tailoring needs here in the future. read more

Horrible place, they messed up my sister beautiful wedding dress and they called me lier, when I have proof (photos) left her with no wedding dress for her wedding since it was not fixable. Please avoid this place. The whole experience was nightmare and expensive, Since she had to find something last min just to get through her day. No bride should go through that. This place is the worst dry cleaner that I have ever used. I took my suit pants to them for a small stain from something that I sat on in a restaurant. The woman at the counter marked the stain with tape took my money and said that it would take a week. When my wife went back the stain was still there. The woman at the counter then lied to my wife, said that I was told that the stain most likely wouldn't come out. I spot cleaned the pants myself with hand soap and a toothbrush with very little effort the stain was removed. They didn't even try to remove the stain, they just ironed my pants and took my money. Very bad business. Would have given no stars if I could. read more

I just have to say Awn and her husband are amazing! I had a green 1X Halloween costume that needed some serious altering in a short amount of time. I came in on a Saturday needing the costume before i left for a trip that following Thursday. They were able to accommodate my needs & rush the service for a fee for it to be prepared Tuesday. I was literally panicking because i wasn't sure how extensive the process would be. The costume was so much bigger than me. When i came in on Tuesday i tried on my costume there were just a few adjustments that were needed to be made. Awn is just so amazing she was able to fix it for me right then and there! Took her like 15-20mins. Another thing i appreciated is she even made a suggestion to add a hook at the top of the zipper on the back which I'm so glad she did so that i didn't have any problems with the zipper falling. Amazing service! Where do I begin? Over the summer, I needed a bridesmaid dress altered and it was nearly 100° out, so they let me bring my dog into their store. So kind and trusting. I can't imagine any other shop would allow a large dog to run around while I was being assisted. THEN I came in with a homemade wedding dress that wasn't quite right.
