As far as speed of delivery, I don't usually come there with things that I need immediately, so I give them time to give me the best product. However, there have been a couple of occasions when I may have requested fast service, and they did it in a very expedient time. The customer service is top-notch; they seem to know exactly what I want. I walk in, don't have to say much, and put on my clothes. They just get to work, and a tailor does all my pants, slacks, jeans, or whatever it may be. They contour my clothing to figure out how to make me feel comfortable when I put them on. Most people would say I should just buy another pair of jeans and slacks instead of paying for tailoring, but the clothes I buy don't always fit the way I want them to. So I take them here, and they do an amazing job. There's no other place I'd take them. If you're ever in the area, you should definitely check them out. They do amazing work and go above and beyond to ensure that the threads and everything they replace match the material you have. They're very meticulous with their work.

I found one online (Zappos) that I purchased and liked, but I kept looking because I wanted floor length rather than a shorter knee length dress. I ended up finding what I thought was the same dress but longer version. It was the same size so I thought it would fit perfectly....but it didn't. It was too big in the shoulders, sleeves, sides (pretty much everywhere). I remembered this little shop and how kind they were when my fiancé had them fix the zipper on his coat. So, I thought I would try it. I was a little worried there may be a language barrier and they wouldn't understand me...but they did. I should also note I put off the wedding dress until the last moment, I came to them about 2 weeks before the big day. I came in about a week after giving it to them and there was fabric that bunched over my tummy, I told her I could pin it to my body suit...but she altered it and I was able to pick it up in 2 days.
