I found this place on yelp, and I was sold by the number of reviews ! However, I would say that this place is on the pricey side ! I had 5 items: 2 hoodies, sweat pants, and a sweater. My total came out to $81.30! EIGHTY- ONE DOLLARS ! I was shocked. I haven't been to the cleaners in a while, but I didn't realize prices have shot up this much. I believe this was overpriced considering my items. Also, I probably should have asked how much, prior to dropping my clothes off but I wasn't concerned because I didn't think it would be any more than $45-50. $80 is diabolical. The couple that owns the place are really sweet people. I would suggest going elsewhere if you are looking for a budget friendly place that does equally good work. Although I will not be coming back here, they did to a good job on my clothes which isn't saying much because one would think they would for $80. read more

The couple was sweet and for that alone I want to give them five stars but unfortunately we did not get a cleaning service. They offer tailoring as well and this was my first time having something tailored for a wedding. She gave us pushback on everything we asked because I don't think she really understood updated styles and fitting. We we were charged 120 and I'm not sure much was altered so we are going to a second tailor as we have learned a lot from this experience. read more

First time using this place, they needed more than a week to return 4 shirts and 4 pants which I thought was insane but he explained they only had one person working so that's completely understandable! I go to pick up the clothes one week later WAY BEFORE their adjusted time of closing at 2pm and there's no one there! Door locked lights off and no where in sight anything that said closed Saturdays. I call the number and someone answers and hangs up. I am never using this place again! I always go to stadium morells cleaners and they're expensive so i thought I'd give this place a try but never again, at least at morells you get what you pay for, clean clothes, excellent customer service, and hours you can count on. read more

The couple that runs this dry cleaners is really nice and remembered my dry cleaning order without me having to pull out a ticket. I had a makeup stain on my duvet cover I just couldn't remove -- not stain remover or even bleach made a dent in this thing! Taking it here the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, it was ready the next Monday, all fixed. $25 for the duvet cover, which would have cost over $200 to replace, so I'm pretty happy. They will even walk the dry cleaning out to your car -- true service! read more

My first experience- at first I was a bit nervous after dropping off my clothes, since I am used to receiving a ticket after dropping off clothes, but the moment I walked in to pick them up, the man immediately remembered me and knew exactly where my items were. All of my clothes look and feel very clean. They got out all of the yellowing on the collar of my husband's white dress shirt and removed some stains in my silk romper that I had forgotten to mention. The pricing was great in my opinion- I brought in 3 men's dress shirts, two rompers, and a women's silk shirt (6 items total) and it cost about $50. Both the husband and wife are very nice and hard working, they are quiet (not sure how much English they speak), but you can tell from their body language and facial responses that they are good people and are very kind. The husband even brought out my dry cleaning to the car to make sure it would be hung properly! Would definitely go back to get my dry cleaning done there again. read more

The people here are so nice, and I find that that alterations are excellent and inexpensive. You can use a changing room in the back and have the clothes marked...just bring in whatever you want done. I often get pants hemmed, and it only costs me $10 here. For a comparison, I recently got dress pants hemmed here and also at the well-known tailor a few minutes away, Franco the Tailor. Franco's was three times as much, and they lost the button on my pants (which, annoyingly, I didn't discover until I tried to wear them). I will definitely stick with the professional and affordable service at 15th St! read more

However, I recently brought my bridesmaid dress there to get it hem and bring up the shoulders which I was charged $94 (the owner discounted me $5). Our cat peed on our silk curtains. Cat pee is the worst. Our old dry cleaner closed down and we'd been looking for a new one. We read a review here on Yelp that somebody took their cat pee curtains here and had a good result. I took in a suit as well. I expected a ticket when I dropped it off. They just asked for my phone number and name. I didn't get a ticket. They also couldn't promise that the cat pee stain would come out but they would do their best. I wasn't in a rush for the items and I was told two weeks. I dropped by two weeks later, mention what I dropped off. They found it within a minute and I was pleased that they got the stain out. Great dry cleaner. Took 3 white silk blouses in that were so stained I figured I had nothing to lose. Unbelievably, they came out looking brand new. I also brought 2 skirts in for alteration. They needed to be taken in from size 4 to 2. Again, I figured I had nothing to lose since I couldn't wear them anyway. Gave them a shot and they far exceeded my expectations! I searched online for a couple days for a talented, convenient, and budget friendly dry cleaning establishment to take my white wedding dress to be cleaned; I should add that I had the dress cleaned almost a year after my wedding day. I invested about $2000 in the dress already and didn't want to spend more then $150 to clean the dress. I called this particular establishment and was told the price started at $45, I was a little weary because it was sounded "too good to be true". I took it in and was still a bit nervous because I had already sold the gown to a young bride. My husband picked up the dress for me a week later and the dress was PERFECT. It only cost about $75 to clean and was worth every bit and more. The gentlemen was so happy to show my husband the dress and its newly cleaned condition. He wouldn't give me a receipt of any kind, then when I would pick up, items would be missing yet he would charge me FULL Price for all of them. This business is owned and managed by a very friendly couple. For the past 3 years, I've been using this dry cleaner about once a month. They also offer alterations. There isn't a comfortable room for you to be fitted in, so I take my own measurements at home, mark them with safety pins and bring them in to be altered. I've been very pleased with the quality of the cleaning and alterations. Periodically, buttons break in the press, and the dry cleaner replaces them for me. Turnaround time is usually about 4 days (I think, not sure since I just visit once a month). They've removed numerous stains for me without trouble and go out of their way to get them out. My only disappointment was when I dropped off a black Burberry coat for cleaning. When it was returned, the finish was dull and faded. I was very disappointed, but didn't say anything. Since then, I've read a couple of other reviews about Burberry coats deteriorating after one cleaning, so I believe this is common with many cleaners. Give them a try :) read more
