I am incredibly disappointed with the service we received. We came in to pick up a rental that was…read moreconfirmed for arrival today, and the experience was unprofessional from start to finish. When we told the salesman we were picking up a rental, he was dismissive, immediately questioning if we had received an email confirmation despite us already having been told the item was overnighted and arriving today. He looked in the back, failed to find it, and then had to check boxes of orders that had just arrived--which should have been processed and on the rack already. The most frustrating part was the blatant lack of regard for our time. I explicitly informed the salesman that we were on a strict time constraint as we were leaving town today. Despite this, he began helping other customers while we were left waiting. He literally ignored us for at least 30 minutes to assist others. When he finally decided to look in the boxes upfront, he found our suit immediately. This entire ordeal, which should have taken five minutes, turned into a 45-minute nightmare. The salesman appeared to have no idea what he was doing and offered no help or urgency during our wait. While we are relieved the suit was eventually found, the level of service was unacceptable. We will not be returning as customers.
