They will order the part and return within 2-3 days, at which case I gave them $275. For part and service call. They called after awhile and was told part delayed. So desperate to use machine my son got the machine to work, I immediately called to cancel the order and request my money back. I have called several times and have been told they will mail a check still nothing! My last call the lady asked for my addressed and apologized for the delay.
