I finally talked to a gal named Claire and she looked into this money several times saying the check was written, but not signed. They are waiting for someone to sign the check. Mind you the email I got on December 11th assured me it would be taken care of right away. Yes , I save all email. Last week I was told the check went in the mail Monday. Fort Myers to Sarasota is 1.5 hours away. 7 days later I still haven't received the check, nobody calling me back. Now I believe Claire is trying, she seems to be doing what she can do, however goes above her, the boss named Ed doesn't respond to anything. Useless. The pipes they plumbed are crooked in my yard and look like a 8 year old installed them. Between the lack of integrity , lack of communication and the shoddy work this company is terrible. By the way, I still have not received the money they promised me for my yard destruction and it's January 19th 2026. I would never recommend these sheisters to anyone.
