I've been with this bank for too long- they are awful- always have been- they make horrible…read moremistakes mixing accounts, they don't have personnell there (since when does banking stop when someone is "at lunch"?). You can't do international wires from here. Customer service is absolutely horrible - ineffectual and unapologetic. If I didn't have such complicated accounts - I would leave.
