My wife asked me to sit through a virtual consultation with alleged Co-Founder Kiki Kaveevittayakul. From the beginning, I sensed a scam but chose to respect my wife's wishes and sit through the conversation. This was an introductory call so another couple (my wife's close friend) joined the meeting with us. During the meeting, I disclosed that I had a few different retirement accounts. I shared how I was not sure what type of account one of them was. Kiki offered to help me figure out what type of retirement account I had and asked that I send her a statement. I sent her one of my statements and Kiki immediately disclosed the information from my statement to my wife's friend and her husband in an attempt to embarrass us! Kiki, if you are reading this, I hope the brief moment of satisfaction you obtained by illegally disclosing my financial information and attempting to embarrass us was worth it for you as I am just getting started here with this review. Kiki Kaveevittayakul is nothing but a judgemental snake of a person! I hope you will sense the dishonesty and insincerity that I did upon meeting her virtually and run in the opposite direction. Shame on me for sending her my information - lesson learned! There are different factors that led to this rating If you are looking to review your existing financial plan or develop a financial roadmap, these agents are pretty good in getting unbiased advise tailored to your goals. They do not carry their own line of mutual funds, insurance products, etc.. so there is no hidden agenda. Now to work for them can be a promising career but not in the traditional sense. All of the negative ratings are due to the fact that agents portray it as a slight investment ($100 or so) opportunity. Note, it is not a job! Period, point blank. As with other business ventures, there are business startup expenses one would have to incur. It is up to you to what extent you want to specialize in (insurance agent only, investment advisory role). From there, additional licensing is required. Again, what you want to do with those licenses it is up to you. Now with this office (having been associated with them years ago, but no longer), their emphasis is having a team of associates work under you so you can eventually be your own agent/broker. Traditional agencies work under this model, so it is not a scam whatsoever. The way that it is being promoted/marketed is unconventional but not a scam. As with other businesses, risk is involved. It is how risk tolerant you want to be. Those that want just a straight paycheck, it is not for you. Conversely, if you bust your butt to achieve high rewards, then it is something to consider. I saw this company beginning 2016 and was impressed by the concept, I am currently a software engineer with at least 15yrs experience writing codes, not financial working experience and has always owned my own investment accounts, life insurance policies, and mutual fund account. After seating at one of their complementary financial Financial Needs Analyst I found out that my existing accounts needs updating which my current agent did not bother letting me know in the at least 8 years I've owned the accounts...I realized that, just like when I check out new models of cell phone, I have to see what is the best products out there to maximize the potential earnings for my money. My new agent and I looked at a few companies out there and compared the same or similar features that are currently being offered, when all is done I made the decision to change a few of the accounts over to a new company, but I was surprised that my agent did not force me to convert all of them...she told me to keep one to my existing company because it was doing well at it's current localtion, that was a big deal for me...it shows honesty and integrity! EVERY ONE MUST READ THIS.. Looks like all other reviews was from the thieves that work there. This post is copied from RIPOFFREPORTS.COM I joined this company because I was laid off a very good job I had of over 20 years. I was told it would cost $100.00 and that would cover everything, my training for the job, a background check, and the use of the office. That was the first lie! The lies or with holding of information continued until I was into over a thousand dollars and still had not made a dime. I asked how do I get paid and the answer I was given was "you have to go to inner circle class to find that out". Of course that is another $250.00. I was told I need to get licensed to make money and it would be a discounted amount of $49.00, so I figured I am this far into this what's another $49.00. Well after I passed the online course I was then told I had to take another test, of course that was another $70.00. Wow I think I'm finished with fees. Oh no, once you pass the State test you have to get finger printed, another $75.00. Then you go home and apply for a license online with your confirmation number that you passed the test and that is another $140.00. (Remember the first 100.00 was suppose to cover everything). You are not done paying yet and you still have not made a dime. The entire time you are learning the business and waiting for your license you do not earn any money while training, however you have to line up your people, your family and friends while you watch your trainer sale them products. Of course the trainer will hold back as much information from you as possible so he can get 100% of YOUR clients business. Once you get your license you think you are ready to start making money and you are told you have to get appointed with all the companies you will do business with. So I fill out the mountain of paperwork (15 different companies) and send it all to the home office. Well it was all kicked back to me because my trainer conviently forget to tell you need a couple more classes and yes there are fees that go alone with those classes. So I complete the 2 additional classes resend all the paperwork to 15 different companies AND find out now I have 2 monthly fees I have to pay whether I make money or not. These are E&O fees and office fees. Oh I forgot there is a charge for an elevator fee too. Anyone can join this company even if you never worked a day in your life. I sat through so much training from my unqualified trainer who has been with the company almost 4 years (was not making any money) and this was his only job. I watched him give poor and would of been very costly advice to my friends and family, who I advised them not to move their hard working retirement to that company. They only care about comissions, you are told over and over that we are now your family and friends. I now know what that means, you sell your soul to the devil and lose your family and friends after you screw them. I told my trainer I have to be honest with people up front about the cost and what they have to do to make money and let them make an informed decision. There is a current posting on Craigslist for Admin help. When I enquired what company this was and if it was an MLM, the person answering me (excluding name or title BTW) asked me what an MLM was. I responded with a definition (why not look it up yourself...) and knew immediately that this was a too good to be true company, promising 4-6K a month in revenue. After I explained what an MLM was, the anonymous hiring person had the audacity to equate it to tiered structured corporate businesses. I'm sorry, but my bosses, or myself as a boss have never taken a percentage home from the clerk or the receptionist's paycheck. Sounds like a HUGE scam at worst at best it's representing itself covertly and not being transparent. Plus, as a potential employer, not putting one's company name and title/contact info on an email is a BIG RED FLAG. My suggestion is to stay clear. read more

If I could, I would rate them in the negative. These people are the sneakiest bunch I have ever seen. Recently, I received a call from "M" requesting a home insurance quote for her friend. When asked how she heard about me, she was very nebulous. But, I continued to quote/text/quote different carriers/text. Then she wanted to set up an appointment. She was late and she showed up with a partner. This was just a sneaky ruse to try to enlist me in their multi-level operation. And surprise, surprise! All of a sudden my insurance rates were too high even though she supplied the Dec sheet showing otherwise! I wasted about 4 hours on these two non-professionals. You know....they use "Transamerica" as the name of their organization because Axianta/ World Financial Group has earned a negative connotation as a MLM. We all know that when we meet a "Transamerica" rep at a networking event, to avoid this person like the plague. These two were so sneaky! It is NEVER OK to waste someone's time like they did mine. It is NEVER OK to set up a meeting with an ulterior motive. Also, I think it must me a violation of FINRA to pass on their client's info to a third party, under the ruse of being a friend. Additionally, I think Transamerica, a reputable company, should sever ties with this unsavory bunch. They care more about MLM than the financial aspect of what they do. read more
