What this means is very long wait times to get an appointment. I have been offered appointments in the Mebane office,but that is a full hour drive round trip and would require me to take additional time off work. Living in Durham, if I had known what to expect, I would have gone elsewhere. Update: Dr. Smith called and scheduled me as an add-on at the end of a business day. That said, it was still far more difficult than it should have been and I would still have chosen differently given the difficulty of getting appointments in the Durham office.
