These are my thoughts and observations. - The waiting room is inviting and comfortable. - I've never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen. - I tend to see the same hygienist everytime. - The employees are friendly and engaging. The hygienists talk to you while they work. - One of the front desk ladies is abrasive. It was off putting after my pleasant experience. - I've had issues with my insurance in the past and they helped me work around the problem. - Don't call during lunch hours; nobody's there to answer your call. Overall, I haven't had a bad experience yet and I'd highly recommend their services.

When it came time for the exam and I explained that I was interested in the in-office whitening, the dentist was very negative about it with not wanting to set a date for an appointment because they would have to schedule it when they had sufficient office staff and that wouldn't be possible for several weeks. I think they are going through a merge/buy out situation??? it is all very weird. I have never dealt with a company that advertises that they offer something then don't want to schedule it.

There aren't words to describe the horrific way in which my husband was treated at Wells Family…read moreDental.  They told my husband that he was developing a tooth infection so to avoid any issues, my husband scheduled a tooth extraction with Stephanie Chapman.  Not only did she break my husband's tooth, but she left the room after breaking his tooth and sent in her assistant to tell my husband that he needs to go to another dental location - the earliest appointment that they could get my husband in was 4 hours later, 45 min. away.  She never came back in the room and his broken tooth was never properly gauzed or attended to.  She damaged his tooth so badly that the next dentist had to do an invasive procedure (without proper anesthesia) on my husband.  The pain my husband experienced was unbearable.  In fact, it was not healing properly and my husband had to go back for an evaluation.  The owner contacted my husband and referred him to an oral surgeon that he used to work with.  This turned out to be a disaster.  This surgeon would not help my husband.  He said that he had to follow "procedure" and even though weeks went by and my husband pleaded for some kind of help, he insisted that he must follow "procedure" and not do anything for my husband to see if it healed on its own.  He even canceled an appointment within 5 min. of the appointment arrival time - my husband had to drive 2 hours round trip + tolls.  Finally on Friday of last week, this surgeon finally admitted that my husband had a bad infection, but that he was so busy and couldn't help my husband for another 3 weeks.  What???  My husband had endured the intense and horrific pain of a tooth infection for 8 weeks now.  He's missed out on anniversary celebrations, vacations, ect.  The intense pain has caused severe migraines, and my husband has had to rely on pain meds to get him through the day.  He has had insomnia and is never without pain.  I have never experienced malpractice before so this is incredibly shocking to see the severity of pain my husband has been in and the way in which he's been treated.  This practice should be absolutely ashamed. Update: My husband had an xray to see exactly what Well's Dental did to my husband's jaw when they pulled the tooth. And they literally cut a square into my husband's jaw. Who knows the extend of repair he will need to fix his jaw. Every dentist/surgeon/periodontal doctor he sees apologizes on behalf of the dental community for the extensive damage they did to my husband. There aren't words to describe the pain and suffering my husband has endured.

He explained everything as he was working, patient, gentle and kind. The Doctor was awesome as well. She was super sweet, assured me I was doing ok... and we came up with a care plan. I feel relieved now that it's over. The office staff was great, too. Looking forward to finally having a great dental office and I'll keep up with my cleaning.

I unfortunately did not have a great experience at Night and Day Dental, and their work cost me…read more$1,200 to fix at another dentist after they dismissed my concerns. I went to this practice after a family member recommended it. The initial evaluation and cleaning were good. However, the fillings were not. I had four fillings performed -- two front and two back -- and each of them had issues. One of the fillings on my front right side popped off a few weeks later, and when she fixed it, a chunk came out later that day while flossing. She never checked the contacts before I left, which left me with a broken filling and a gap that constantly trapped food. One of the back left fillings wasn't sealed properly and started to really hurt. When she redid it, the filling on the next tooth broke off and left a ledge. I never had a problem with that tooth before, but it eventually started to smell terrible when I flossed, and the floss kept breaking on the ledge. The dentist who fixed it confirmed that bacteria had gotten into the broken filling, causing the odor. The other fillings also caused the floss to tear and made flossing really unpleasant. I went back multiple times trying to resolve this and even brought my own dental materials since nothing was working. They never used them because of protocol, which I understand. When I asked the other attending dentist for a second opinion, I was told verbally that this was the best they could do and that I should just live with it. This conversation was never documented in my patient notes, as I later confirmed with the office manager. I ended up going to another dentist who fixed everything, but it cost me $1,200 out of pocket. The dentist who corrected the work told me directly that the filling material used was very cheap, that the work was substandard, and that I was ultimately taken advantage of. When I contacted the practice to resolve this privately, I was told it was my choice to seek care elsewhere, and that was the end of it. I'm very disappointed with the quality of work at Night and Day Dental and the way my concerns were dismissed at every turn. I would not recommend them to anyone who wants to take care of their teeth.

Had a few cavities got questioned for my daily diet??? got laughed at and judged. I sat silently while she kept going and going. do u not like ur job to be judging patients, ur job is to fill cavities right? it's almost like that's what u do for a living, stick to it and don't question it.... very snarky very unprofessional. The second and last time i will ever be stepping foot into that establishment. Don't even get me started on the wait time. there's no one in the office , why am i waiting 2+ hours. We drive an hour for this dentist but it is twice a year and FV is a really cute area. We have a few requirements. *Very small office. Preferably one or two dentists. * Place that could see our whole family Place that is good with people with anxiety as I have extreme anxiety and PTSD Now because I have anxiety my Husband went first and 'checked' it out. He was pleased and said it would be a good fit for us. So I got an appt. Then we decided to make an appt for my son and he got in faster then my appt as I assume there was a cancellation and we got lucky making the appt. My son went in and liked it a lot and the hygienist (I think Alex?) was great and so was the dentist. My appt was today and it was a breeze and everyone was very nice and I was happy with everything. If you struggle with anxiety you should go here. They didn't make me feel bad about anything. And thankfully all 3 of us are cavity free.
