Comments about my age, anxiety and the fact that I do not have a drivers license should have never been made especially while not knowing the circumstances. I have medical issues that prevent me driving on top of causes other issues and anxiety, it was downright disgusting and disturbing that she thought it was ok.

Apparently the X-rays were done too soon according to my insurance but the dentist office never told us that until afterwards. I don't mind paying but just be upfront about what will be owed. That wasn't even a big deal but when we asked about why we weren't told about the charges prior to any procedures, they said "You need to be educated about your insurance, that's not our responsibility". There was just no need in the way the lady was talking to my wife. We paid and don't mind paying for services... ya just don't have to be such a jerk when you're in a customer service industry

The hygienists and the office staff, and techs are all super nice and make every effort to make sure you are called by name and they are very accommodating as far as re-schduling when they have a cancelation so you can get in there and get the work done. I have had an emergency crown done in there twice and both times they were wonderful. There are many dentists here in Fayetteville, but my recommendation is this office because I have had 17 years experience as a patient and they have exceeded any expectation I have had. They created a plan for treatment with an estimate of more than $15,000, they included everything which didn't even bother me, and they didn't even ask me can I afford such money. They didn't ask me to prioritize it, it seemed like they just insisted on what they came up with. This is what's called the opposite to customer oriented business.
