The manager Bo is super friendly, caring, and just an awesome human! My favorite coaches are Brandon, Karah, and Mike. They each are super friendly, encouraging, and caring. Throughout my experience, I have lost weight, gain muscles, gotten faster, lifted heavier, and felt great in my body! The environment is welcoming, the music while working out gets me pumped, and I love that each workout is different and I always have a coach helping me out along the way. I am a regular at OTF University and OTF Butler Plaza. Yesterday (08/06/2020) I ventured over to the Millhopper location for the very first time to use the gym and visit my favorite Coach Cosmo. I had never been to this gym before and sadly had to use a GPS to find it as I never ever go over to that side of town. Once I arrived I parked my car and got in line to workout. The line was pretty long and it was full of new faces I have never seen before. People were very friendly and talkative while waiting in line. Once inside the gym it is a big L Shape with treadmills and rowers on one side of the room and the weight room on the other. It was super nice. I will say this gym is a little smaller than Butler and University, but it is the oldest location in Gainesville and they were able to see the small size and make the other gyms bigger because of this. I highly recommend this gym if you're looking for a great workout.

She has a ton of awesome trainers who really know what they are talking about. Dayne is my favorite of the trainers and does a fantastic job and makes sure you know exactly what you are getting. They prepare you for pre-workout, during the workout and post workout. I would say that Vulcan is super nice especially because it is brand new! I went through 3 trainers in a year and was ok with that as they can control when somebody leaves. However I canceled my personal training 2 months in advanced of when I wanted to stop and I was still charged. They can enroll you in training at gym but cancellations have to go through Corprate. Corprate was notified of my wish to cancel by training staff but never canceled it. So I was charged an additional 2 months... and despite numerous attempts I have not Ben given a refund. Now I froze my membership since I would be having surgery and not using gym. The guy at front desk said it was fine and would b frozen starting aprill 1st... yet lo and behold I get billed for aprill. Upon calling gym they said it was never frozen. So they will freeze it now but I can't get a refund for last month even though they were ones who screwed up. I will now be suing them for all the money they owe me and never using this gym again.

They recently renovated the entire gym, so the locker rooms and reclined hydromassage tables are new. They have plenty of space and plenty of workout stations! The staff is always busy and polite. It seems that the treadmills are atill old though, and plugging into them with headphones can be dicey. You have to wiggle the cord to get proper contact. It is like this on the stationary bikes too, so here's room to improve. There is really too much to go over in just one review, so I will say that this is the best money per workout (less than $1 per day)anywher You can have a free workout, if you want to join, and it is easy to pay for, if you want to stay! They have made many improvements and added more machines!! Wow!!
