We waited 6 WEEKS for the police report, where the reporting officer found him "at fault" after interviewing JUST 1 witness and the driver, who said he was in the intersection. Not wanting to spend $$$ to retain a lawyer, we waited to see what kind of settlement amount the insurance would offer. We were then bullied by the insurance adjuster who convinced my fiancée that since he was found "at fault", they owed us nothing. We contacted a well-advertised billboard lawyer who told us we had "no case" because he had been found "at fault." Feeling dejected at a low moment of exasperation, my fiancée signed a settlement agreement of $10,000 as he was told "that's all you're going to get because you were found at fault." I literally got home :20 after he signed. I was furious and this let to a lot of fights between us. I found John Rajee of RMD Law on Yelp as a lot of reviews said he handled "difficult situations." He was kind and professional but also understood human nature and the whole dilemma we faced- trying to get a contract invalidated AND attempt to re-settle with the insurance company. He also advised me on different ways MY auto insurance could help even though my fiancée was on a bicycle. Although John consulted other colleagues to discover ways to secure a better settlement, ultimately nothing could be legally done to get the settlement contract negated :( Unfortunately, my fiancée and I had to move forward with accepting the circumstance. Through all these developments, John kept advising us and was professional and thorough. He advised me as an experienced counselor and also just an honest guy who took the time to reassure me that basically it wasn't the end of the world. Frankly, I was very very angry with my fiancée over his moronic decision to sign, and speaking to John just honestly helped me move past my anger and put the whole bad situation behind me. I would absolutely recommend John and his colleagues to anyone seeking legal advisement, and I will definitely refer him to friends and family. Even if you just need an answer or two, PLEASE contact RMD before signing anything, taking action, or accepting offers. They absolutely will help!

I know a lot of lawyers personally but had never had to deal with an accident lawyer and felt that most I talked to were either too aggressive, impractical or just not interested because my accident seemed small or not worthy of treatment. From the very beginning, John was open and honest about my case and gave me the guidance and direction that no one else seemed to be able to provide. I learned a lot about small claims court along the way because I had dropped the ball on my case, even if it was thru no fault of my own. John was easy to talk to and gave me the time needed. He was both practical and efficient. It was refreshing that he was available within reason and wasn't in a rush when dealing with me. Having written so many reviews on Yelp I have really learned who I can trust, and his Yelp site was honest and refreshing compared to so many billboard lawyers and even compared to friends and acquaintances! That said, off the top I maybe saved $50 overall and potentially more because of no DMV points which would likely raise my insurance so that's really good! I just wish they could have brought the ticket price down a little more.

I was hesitant when my dad decided to see Attorney Ayala cause let's be real, unfortunately there's a lot of lawyers out there that take advantage of a person's situation. Thankfully my dad was adamant, he went in for a consultation and was reassured his case was something Attorney Chris Ayala can result. Although this had been something my dad and family have heard multiple times from different lawyers throughout the years. My dad continuously claimed the ambience as you are welcomed is completely different from what he has experienced at other offices, they are very professional and show commitment to each case, as you can tell from past reviews. I was referred to Ayala Law Group when I needed to file a waiver for inadmissibility to USCIS and I only have 2 weeks left before my due date. Liz, from the Ayala Law was so accommodating. She explained to me everything of what I need to do, what they will do and encourage me of the positive outcomes. They even referred me to a psychologist that really helped my case. I was able to provide them all the documents and they worked on my case even on weekends just to finish everything. Liz was so kind to even go to the USCIS office herself to give a copy of the receipt to the officer who interviewed me as a proof that we filed 1 Day before the due date. I was expecting that the results will be 6-9 months but I was surprised that they approved my waiver in just 1 and half month! I got my green card and USCIS gave me 10 years. Praise God! I went to ALG for a free consultation. I met with Chris and he was a true professional. Really down to earth and extremely honest. Five minutes into that scheduled appointment, no one called me. I called the law office and said I was supposed to have a consultation and then they transferred me to someone. Did they forget? Not care? What's up with that? The person I spoke with was very cold. He answered the phone as if he didn't know why I was on the other line. He asked how he can help and that was odd because I had already told the person who scheduled this consult what I needed. The person with whom I consulted was named Victor Franco. Anyway, we went over my case and I had several questions. Victor was cold and detached. He repeated himself multiple times. Well if he said something one way, and I still had a question, why would you repeat your answer? Clearly I didn't understand it the way he said it. Finally I said, after one of the times he repeated himself, "maybe I'm not asking this the right way." And I had to ask it a different way. What did Victor do? Repeat himself, only slower this time!! And his attitude, as I continued with my questions, grew more cold and condescending. I'm not asking to be hugged or be given sympathy or even be treated with white glove service. But it is professional courtesy to avoid sounding cold and condescending to your prospective clients. Victor hung up the phone before I could say good bye. He didn't even have the decency to say "good bye." Awful.

Copete turned out to be the biggest mistake…read more After prior representation made errors with my case (that included not serving the proper defendants), Sergio proceeded to also fail to properly serve all parties involved in my matter. Sergio would also constantly complain about being stressed and overwhelmed by the many cases he would take on. That's why it wasn't surprising that there would often be times when he wasn't familiar with important aspects of my case. Sergio also is a very poor communicator. With the English language not being his strong suit, he would struggle when it came to both speaking and written correspondence. As a result, he would get frustrated and lose his temper when not being able to articulate a point, or if he couldn't understand someone else's position. What made matters worse was that Sergio never took any responsibility for his actions. Any mistake he made was someone else's fault, no matter how many receipts you may have on him. Sergio also lacked commitment. For instance, he would just drop off for several weeks and go radio silent during crucial times of my case. Then he would threaten to quit whenever present with concerns. So it was pretty disheartening knowing that I couldn't count on my attorney during a time when I really needed support. But the most painful part about working with Sergio was that he lacked empathy and compassion. No matter how many mistakes he would make, he would always put himself first and had zero regard for my feelings. In fact, there were times when Sergio would behave unprofessional and talk down to me, only to walk away with $10,000 dollars of my hard earned money. So to put it plain, Sergio never made my case a priority, which didn't make me feel valued as a client. So I had no other choice but to dismiss him as my attorney. I just wanted to share my story. I am an Air Force veteran, and this is my true and sworn testimony.

I soon learned to be very precise and concise with my words whenever she asks a question. Try to avoid sounding pedantic. Strive to produce direct, clear, concise prose whenever you have a conversation with her. Also, probably wise to detach yourself from any emotions when explaining things. However, after peering through my documents, I was impressed by her legal knowledge in identifying documents before even opening it. As the encounter went on, Kim started to be more receptive as the ice slowly broke. It finally culminated when she asked the attorney, Mr. Homen, himself to come and shake my hand. Alas, a man whose I can attach a face to. He seem very nice and genuine upon my handshake and introduction of him. Kim then placed the fate of my case to Ms. Chi who equally seemed like a nice person upon the first impression. Kim then walked me out the door in a polite Vietnamese way of farewell. Hopefully the individuals who work at this law firm will be equally as tedious and meticulous on my case as my first encounter. P.S. I will probably update this review as this case goes on.

My wife continued to use their service due to the fact that we had already paid them and we did not want to lose all the money we had paid. Currently she is still waiting for them to complete her living trust four months after mine was successfully completed. Extremely dissatisfied would not recommend!! The receptionist was extremely rude and not helpful at all. She seemed to be very deceptive and was not trustworthy and caused a lot of conflict between me and my wife.
